They are in the process of remodeling, but I didn't even know they were doing it. They kept it on one side, the pool is in the middle. Great coffee, no breakfast. Fairly close to eateries. Fairly good area. Comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and respectful. Cleanliness of room was semi-okay. The ceiling and walls of the bathroom had a significant amount of mold on them.

The place is under construction. Room was fine but pool not open no signage on the outside. I think it will be fine eventually. Staff was great though.

No continental breakfast as advertised. Room air / heat unit leaked and carpet was wet halfway through room. I was told well that is why they are remodeling. Room is advertised as no smoking but smelled of stale cigarettes in room and down hallway. Very disappointed.

They were in the process of a renovation on the exterior or I'd have rated the property higher. Cyrus checked us in and later came up to our room to fix a TV issue, great service, he is a huge asset to your company! Not our first stay here, we will be back.

Great value, safe and comfortable stay.
Very comfort stay. Large room, comfortable bed, quick check in, well lit parking, room temp perfect. Only negative was 30 minutes late night were I could here two guys talking loud next room over. Otherwise, excellent value and will return.

Decent hotel for the price. Clearly under renovation at this point so there wasn't even a sign out front. No coffee in the rooms or any way to buy it without driving. Fine for an overnight

An overnight stay
Undergoing total landscaping. Looks like a construction site. Wasn't noisy. We've stayed here often in the past. Seems like it's been worked on for a few years.

Only had one tv channel the remote didnt work. Front desk give us another remote, tells us to Utube how to program ourselves. Couldn't get it to work so no tv. Drove by it because the name out front is not colony inn. No coffee in room. Not set up very well. Probably wont go back

Nice, budget motel. Last time we were here (years ago) it was part of the Best Western chain. Rooms still large, beds still comfy, and sofa bed still not comfy. Everything worked and was clean. We did have to plug the cable box power cord in since it was left out of the socket. We were visiting family locally, so this was a good place to rest for the nights during our visit.

There was no hot water. They said it was due to being fully booked. Not a good reason. Also, I did not find anywhere that stated we needed to pay more for a dog. I don’t mind but please make sure this information is easily seen. We could have stayed elsewhere for the full price we paid.

were given room on basement floor that allowed pets. was moved to second floor which is much more sanitory. why were we not given better room in the first place? will not book with expedia ever again.

I preface this with the timperiod was over Thanksgiving (22nd-24th). Checking in and customer service in general was superb. Wi-Fi was out on the 3rd floor, and this was recognized about 10 minutes after checking in. Spoke with the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue. Internet was never reactivated. Up until we checked out on the 24th it was out. Sucks that your cell signal (Verizon/AT&T) isnt reliable as well. Ended up using nearly all of our entire allotment of our montlhy data allotments. Offered IT consulting services (I am a computer systems architecht) but it wasn't accepted. Luggage carts got the job done but they felt like the tires were really low on air.

Good value, would stay again
Check in was easy, the associates at the front desk were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and easy to access. There's a full bath tub/ shower which I like very much. The heater was a little loud, especially at night because the property was so quiet. The shampoo could be better. Other than that, my family quite enjoyed our stay there.
