Northern Atlanta great stay near the TPC Sugarloaf and the River Club
Stayed at this property (5 people) in great comfort for 5-days - well maintained, brightly lit, nicely manicured lawn, great for entertainment, plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Loved the motion sensing lights in all corridors in the house and the basement is fun. The communication was excellent with the property manager.

The parents of the bride and the groom rested and destressed in this spacious home before and after our Atlanta wedding. The house caters to quiet conversations or distracted entertainment with it's game room and theater room.

Great house for large group
We were in town for a baseball tournament and needed a large house for several families. This place was perfect! The downstairs had games and a movie room and a bedroom. It was perfect to put the boys down there. We never saw them except at meal times. The main floor has two bedrooms with king beds. Upstairs has another king room and a full bed perfect for more kids. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. Full size washer and dryer came in handy for washing uniforms. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for 10 people to get ready in the mornings. Good, quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes from Kroger and other businesses. We will definitely choose this house again for any future tournaments in Atlanta.

Excellent Space
This house provides ample amount of space for sleeping and gathering. I had my 6 retail store managers staying for a company retreat and team meeting and the house hosted them perfectly. The downstairs space provided ample room for a guest speaker to make a presentation. All bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The house is fun and lighthearted. Excellent stay!

The house was amazing. A lot to do in the house didn’t have to go out much. I really loved the fact that there was more then enough trash bags and toilet paper. I would recommend this house to people.

My Fantastic stay
It was amazing experience. Loved the lighting and the security screen surveillance inside the house as well as thr many amenities such as the cool theater room. It was like you were at an actual movie.

Simply Amazing
The house was Amazing! There was so much to utilize for adults and children. The owners provided complementary water, wine and coffee. Additionally the kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was as described. The contacts were readily available. I would recommend this home to others. I plan on returning.

Great Property
We recently stayed at this property for my sons wedding in Canton. The house was very large, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kitchen is well-stocked with most utensils, etc. you would need. Great theater room, large TVs in all the bedrooms, great water pressure and enough hot water for everyone despite having so many bathrooms. Plenty of room in the basement for air hockey, basketball, pool and even a bar down there . There is a huge deck overlooking a nice backyard for when the weather is good. Easy access to grocery store and Walmart and select restaurants . Really appreciated the water, coffee and wine that were provided by management which held us over until we made it to the store. Danny, the property manager was awesome! The only downside of the house (we felt) was the living room furniture both upstairs and downstairs - kind of low and on the small, uncomfortable side but we didn’t really have too much time for lounging around. Also, the beds are very low for those who may have ambulatory difficulties. Overall, the house was great and everyone loved it!

Beautiful Home
This gorgeous home had everything we needed. Updated and Plenty of space for everyone. Easy access and security features. Only a couple areas of concern: The beds had no top sheets, which meant you were sleeping next to the comforter. Not sure if the comforters are washed after every stay. Also, we were unsure if several of the bed linens and towels were dirty or stained badly. This made us uncomfortable, so we went to Walmart to purchase sheets to sleep on. If you are a light sleeper like me, be advised the Master suite has a glass door that allows light to come thru. Between the security monitor right in front of the bedroom door and the motion lighting throughout the home, I was waking up all through the night. The lighting is beautiful while everyone is awake, but it can become a nuisance during late night bathroom trips. The home is techie, so make sure you follow directions to use the appliances and TVs. Overall. We loved this home. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazzzing!!!!
The pictures does this place no justice at all!!! Everything that’s listed is real, the space was incredibly big and beautiful!!! This home is so comfortable it makes you not want to leave , it’s so much to do on the inside!!! The checkin process was easy and the host did a great job!!! I’ll definitely be rebooking at this property often!!!

Smart Home
My experience with renting this property was awesome. My family and I really loved this home and it was our mission and goal to make sure our stay was perfect. It was funny to us trying to use the stove but when we called Danny (our guest contact), he was able to give us clear instructions on exactly how to use the stove and my mom was able to make delicious meals from that moment forward. My only regret is that the house didn’t have a pool but it was just perfect. Grocery stores and Walmart all within a few minutes of the home. We couldn’t ask for more. Be on the lookout home-away because I have vacationing friends who have asked for your information to book with you.

The Best

Spacious and clean home
This was a very big and spacious home with big bedrooms, many bathrooms and large kitchen. House was clean and was a nice sanctuary from the busy day. We appreciate the complimentary coffee and water! The one thing that was lacking was bathroom toiletries - no bar soap or shampoo was provided or found in any full bathroom. We would definitely conaider staying here again for our annual trip.

Roomy, Clean and Great Location
We loved that Danny was quick to respond and very accommodating! We absolutely loved all the room and great sound systems attached to all the TVs and most of all the media room! Just wish we had more time to enjoy the comforts of the house. Location was perfect...only 3 miles to Flint Hill, my daughter's wedding venue. Just some minor feedback, please mention on the website that "flat sheets" and basic amenities (bathroom and kitchen) are not provided so we can pack accordingly. Nonetheless, our overall stay was beyond our expectations in terms of comfort, ease and privacy. We will definitely stay here again!!

It's not really I read on websites
There is a centipede and bugs in basements also not enough garbage can for 3 days stay. They didn't mention about cooking stove only use smart pan come with stove. No air conditions in basements so how you can use theater room or game room in 95 degrees hot weather.

We understand your group had over the maximum number of 10 travelers and left the door open, which allowed bugs to come in. If doors are open in the basement, this will cause the temperature to rise. The homeowner would have been glad to explain how to use the smart pan with the stove. We encourage guests to reach out while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right.
