Great place to stay with family

Atlanta house
We stayed for 3 nights. The house was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The only issues we had was that we were unable to connect to more than 6 devices to the internet which included any tv that you turned on. We would stay again.

thanks for the heads up on the wifi, I checked it out and apparently ATT pushed an update without telling anybody that limited the devices. We've got it all sorted now! Next time just reach out whenever you have the issue and we'll come help out right away.

Walking on the West End
This property was just right for a group of friends, needing a few beds, with good spaces to sit and chat, as well as eat. We enjoyed our walk on the BeltLine on a gorgeous Atlanta day. Being close to the HBCUs was a plus for us, beautiful campuses. It was well cleaned and all were kind in their communications. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Not bad, but not great
The neighborhood is not ideal, however it is close to main attractions such as the aquarium, museums, etc. The duplex was clean yet the neighbors and trains made it difficult to sleep. The pillows are flat and provide very little support. If you need complete darkness to sleep, you will need to bring an eye mask for the shades are pretty sheer. The TV in the main bedroom had picture problems. Overall, it was fine.

Hey Jennifer! I wish we'd known about the couple small discomforts you had, we could've sent over some new pillows and checked out the TV for you. I wasn't able to replicate any TV issue but we will keep an eye out for if it happens again. Thank you for letting us know about these things, it helps us make our place better for future stays.

Great Spot to Gather
Family from across the country gathered in Atlanta for a birthday celebration and this place was perfect for 5 adults, one baby and pups! Centrally located to many Atlanta activities - it was great to get to the symphony, botanical gardens, world congress center etc. in a matter of minutes. The townhouse was beautiful inside - the den area was huge and cozy with super comfy couches - a great place to hang out. The entire space appeared recently updated. There was a completely fenced in area in the back which was greatly appreciated with the dogs. Shannon (host) was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if ever back in the Atlanta area.

Lovely home

Clean, quiet, nice location
Property was clean, well maintained, well equipped, comfy bedrooms, with a gorgeous master shower. Perfect for my family of 4, lots of room for everyone - my son took the 1st floor bedroom, wife and I took the upstairs master, and daughter had the two bed bedroom to herself. My only minor downside would be that while the immediate neighborhood was quiet and nice, a few streets over, it got a little rough. Only would concern me if I expected to be walking places at night.

25th birthday stay
Our group of 5 stayed here for the weekend for my 25th birthday celebration. The townhome was very clean, and everything was as pictured. The neighborhood was also very quiet, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Property
The house was as described and provided plenty of space and amenities. We loved the location with its close proximity to downtown- we were in ATL for a football game. We also enjoyed walking to Lee & White area in the neighborhood which had several breweries, food option, and coffee shops. Overall a great value as well.

This place was beautiful and quiet! The area before the actual street looks kind of sketch upon arrival but it’s safe and we had ZERO issues feeling welcomed at a home away from home! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone interested. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative and we had a great time overall.

It was a lovely stay. The early checkin fee was reasonable. Communication with the host was quick. Perfect size for our group of 5 but you could easily accommodate 8. Would consider staying here if I make it back to ATL.

Had a good stay!
Clean property, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Also appreciated the flat screen tvs with Roku in upstairs bedroom and in living room. Wish there was a powder room for downstairs guests, but we knew going in it only had 1 bathroom. Otherwise, everything was just what we expected. Also, the hosts maintained excellent communication about our stay!

Inside of the property was nice, clean, and had lots of perks. The kitchen had supplies you might need to cook. The towels and linens were provided. The location is close to downtown which is convenient. It is advertised that you could walk to several places nearby, and I would definitely not feel safe doing that. The property manager was available and attentive.

Baseball Tournament
House was very beautiful clean and spacious. Very convenient to where we needed to be for our baseball tournaments. The street we stated was quiet just wish the description of the neighborhood was in more detailed and the only thing missing in the home were blinds for all the windows. I did feel safe with cameras and alarm but as a single mom I felt that blinds were needed too for privacy especially for kids. Overall hosts were great!

Hey Trish! Thanks for the great review! Glad you loved the place! I just wanted to clarify for future guests - we have privacy curtains on all windows, blackout for the front-facing bedrooms and light filtering for the back of the house that is private to the fenced yard.

Family Vacation to ATL
We really enjoyed the stay. The inside of the house is very nice and accommodating for larger parties. The surrounding area looks a little rough on the outside but always felt safe. Would not recommend the public transportation with small children. Will stay again, perfect location for almost every attraction in ATL.

While we are really urban and very close to the train station, it's pretty limited unfortunately in which parts of town have stations, so a lot of times an uber/lyft or the really fun scooters can be a better option. Glad you made it work for you!

Close to downtown
We were looking for a place close to downtown but not “in” downtown and this place worked out wonderfully. Our group was able to move in and out of downtown to see the sights with little trouble. It was also a great location for a stop by Six Flags since it was West of town. There was also plenty of room for our party of five and space to give everyone some needed quiet time as well. The property managers checked on us often and were very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

Rent this house!!
I am going to use an onion analogy to explain my review. The first layer of the onion is main street which is very rough looking however, once u make those 3 turns towards the house (3 layers in the onion) it is a whole new area and the first layer DOES NOT exist. PLEASE DON'T LET THE OUTER LAYER DETER YOU!! The house was exactly as pictured, very, very clean, and a very quiet neighborhood. (I think my kids made the most noise, lol.) It was so peaceful, and again, u had no idea about the first layer while at the house. The owners were nice and communicated with us throughout the stay as needed. House was fully stocked ☺️. We would definitely go back to stay! We drove around most of the time, and things were pretty close. The train is across the street, but we never got a chance to ride (our fault, lol).

Fantastic home and location
We had a great weekend attending a music festival. The home was just as described. The location was fantastic. One block from the MARTA. 10 minute ride and we were downtown. The host was easy to work with. I highly recommend this place for your next Atlanta stay. We will be back.

Business trip
I came to Atlanta for work, but brought my family with me. Property was as described in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the conference I was attending and near many of the usual tourist things. House was very clean. Only thing I noticed was that our WiFi connection at times was spotty or slow, but other than that, it was as advertised.

Just as pictured
The house was just as pictured and offers comfortable beds and lots of kitchen ammenities. The security alarm made us feel safer as well as the extra lights on the exterior. We did have an issue with the heat the first night but the owner was able to get it fixed by the next day. The house is on a quiet street. We were a little unsure about the surrounding area but the location was close to our work and proved to be fine.

Location Location Location
The property is located in a very quite neighborhood close to Olympic Park and the Aquarium. The ease of getting in and out of the city while not having to deal with parking charges was a welcome change to hotel life. I look forward to staying when the weather is better to enjoy the BBQ. We also enjoyed the local food and drink, Boxcar is a mile away.

There were 5 of us staying at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was an easy drive into downtown. The local breweries and restaurants were great and definitely walking distance in a group. The property owners were very attentive and responded quickly with any questions we had. Great place near downtown and airport
The house is immaculately clean and beautifully renovated and decorated. Communication with the owner and a neighbor was very helpful. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing nearby areas but this house is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood and Shannon stayed in constant contact with me and even looked up the address of the conference that we were attending nearby to reassure me and make suggestions on dining options, a coffee shop and walking directions to the venue. We will definitely plan to stay here again if we return to Atlanta.
