Hey Rachel! So glad you enjoyed the stay :) Unfortunately with the convenience of being so urban and close to downtown and all the action, comes some big-city issues like trash strewn about, and homeless people around the highway exit ramps, as the city does not have appropriate staffing and solutions for this. Luckily we are about 10 blocks from this, and our area is generally quiet and peaceful. We look forward to welcoming you back and thank you again for your visit!

Hope, really wish you had reached out to us about any of these items. This is the first we're hearing about any issues despite reaching out to you to check in on your stay. We would have certainly reached out to the other guests, had we known, and could have even transferred you to another property we had available if only we had been made aware that you were that unhappy.

We do our best to make sure every guest understands the property and its location, including providing a map location prior to booking so that you may evaluate it for your own needs. I do apologize that you did not adequately review our listing, nor did you reach out at any point to express that our location was not what you were looking for. Our neighborhood is extremely walkable with many shops, restaurants, breweries and the MARTA station all within a few blocks, which we could have helped direct you to should we have had any notice that you were having trouble finding these treasures.
