“Our room was clean and so was the breakfast area. The food was well stocked and prepared. ”

“Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel per 5 notti con la mia famiglia, da qui è stato possibile raggiungere comodamente in auto i luoghi che abbiamo visitato nella zona sud del Michigan. ”

“After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

“Our stay was excellent the breakfast was good and good parking. Also other food options were close by which is very important.”

“hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”

“Una vera e propria latrina !!!!!! Sporco da fare schifo, la porta del bagno era tagliata con una sega, il soffitto era pieno di macchie gialle e marroni e si scrostava tutto, la moquette era lercia e puzzava, il letto pieno di capelli e peli, i cuscini gialli e appiccicosi. Mi chiedo come si possa tenere una struttura in questo modo…..e come le autorità non l’abbiano ancora chiusa. Allego foto a testimonianza delle condizioni. Assolutamente da evitare.”

“Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. ”

“Everything was very nice, the pool was very clean as well as the room. The staff members were hard to catch up with but they were all very polite.”

“Good experience , was a slight must smell when entering the cabin at first but after sanitizing and disinfecting It was ok . No Wi-Fi so if you don’t have good data you won’t have good signal . Overall experience 8/10 ”
