“We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. “Great stay in downtown Owosso. The living area and kitchen were open, light and airy. The kitchen had all items necessary for our stay and a full size washer and dryer were available as well. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom had a shower, tub and vanity were ample. We loved the location and were able to take in the Farmers Market behind the building Saturday morning. We highly recommend this property. ”

“We booked our stay because of some work we were having done on our house. The fumes made it necessary for us to stay away from home while the varnish smell dissipated. This was a great find!
