“The staff are very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The shower was dripping. The parking was terrible at the end of the day. The washer was not functioning so we have to go out to the laundry mat. But overall i would stay here again”

“This place was awesome! The only thing i didn't expect was not being able to watch anything on tv and we didnt have a fridge or microwave.That was the only bummer. Other than that it was nice! ”

“Employees went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. New ownership company and the entire resort is under a major remodel and renovation, so things were a little of sorts. I am extremely excited to see the changes over the next year or so. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable along with phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Staff that cares about customers and money to invest into the property, is Bay Valley making a Rocky Balboa like return?? Only time...

“We have stayed here before. Although beds seemed harder than we remembered, but were still comfortable. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Food selection decent, hot food was hot, cold food cold. Pool and hot tub were clean and working. ”

“Im pretty sure the neighbor was a lady of the night or "working girl" if you will. I couldnt sleep due to loud moaning all night. It was annoying until Harold ajd i decided to one up her and i really let loose. Talk about amazing sleep. Rocked me right to sleep. I wanna go back tongiht. The butlers nice but i wish they had breakfast or snack. The butler was the only snack within 5 miles as this is in bfe. Go now. You won't be disappointed ”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“We didn't participate in the Big E's because the coupon was not good for breakfast. So, we ate out every morning. When we were at the pool, no one came to see if we wanted refreshments. We were at the pool 3 times. Lastly, we had no room refresh from Sunday night to Wednesday noon. No housekeeping service, which is very unusual. Bed is comfortable. ”
