“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. “I am not a complainer, by any means, but I cannot NOT post about our experience at this motel. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude; we apparently interrupted her by checking in (at 3:00 in the afternoon). We paid our $70 and got our key, and she waved us onto our room. “The lady's that worked the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean as well. The hallways and the lobby were about 648° though. Other then that it was a good experience”

“For the reasonable price in this typically high rent location of Michigan, our stay was good…no real complaints. The interior of the property was recently refurbished and clean. The exterior could use some TLC, but didn’t really negatively impact our stay. I would recommend this hotel for those wanting to cut costs while still experiencing decent accommodations. Staff were adequately professional but could improve on their friendly welcome.”

“We booked a king suite for our anniversary. The hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. The gym looked to be in great condition although we didn't use it. The pool was very clean and looked well cared for, again we didn't use it. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Ask for a extra pillow because they are feather I believe and they only provide 3 for 2 people and you sink right into them. The walk-in shower was amazing and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body...
