“Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. “Overall everything was great, we had a great time. The property is nice and quiet, you really can escape from the real world and get lost in your thoughts. At night it does get extremely dark, you barely can see in front of you so be prepared for that. They give you a nice welcome package that comes with water, popcorn, coffee, tea, oatmeal and s'mores. My wife and I had a great time and will return soon.”

“The inside of the hotel was absolutely immaculate. The hotel staff were so kind and always nice. The outside at the entrance door had tons of cigarettes butts all next to trash can. Trash all over behind the hotel on dog runs, lots of dog poop never picked up. Hotel workers sitting in vehicles with friends smoking pot, letting kids take over the pool. I know it was workers kids since they came out of pool asking for mom because they were hungry. For a brand new hotel its disappointing to...

“Toilet clogged bad for no reason of our own, the room and hotel overall were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the jacuzzi was HOT - comfortably hot though. The pool is 3.5 feet all around no deeper/shallow end but still fun to swim”

“Hotel was hot, no ac in the lobby, and hallway. Hotel had a foul smell. When I needed service, I couldn't find anyone to assist. Finally a representative came in from outside, he was associating we individuals who were smoking and drinking. I was also over charged. I was charged $156.00 in addition to what I had already paid. I was told I would be refunded.”
