“Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non...

“I was not expecting a motel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom tight. Hotel in front gives different vibe. Americinn is main hotel where ice machine is, breakfast & pool. If I knew I would have booked there. Poor signage, entry off main road is steep. Each building needs an ice machine. We have a hard time walking. Had to drive to get ice. Didn't use pool. Breakfast was ok. No coffee today, they were out of it bed never made.”

“Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. ”

“We stayed in a king bed room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room had been updated. Light walls and new furniture, curtains and bedding, sink and vanity. Plenty of outlets and USB ports on both sides of the bed. Had a table and 2 chairs and a refrigerator/freezer which appeared new as well. Breakfast was available in the office in the am. Good variety of choices including fruit. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was a solid hotel. The lobby was extremely quiet. One of my only complaints is that every time I went up to the desk, nobody was there. I could see the staff sitting in the back on their phones. I waited a few minutes for them to realize that I was standing there. The person working the free breakfast was amazing. She was super friendly and efficient. My only other complaint is that the walls are so thin! We had an adjoining room with complete strangers who had kids. The kids were playing...

“There was an issue and had to have key cards reprogrammed. Apparently it was everyone not just us.”
