Hotel vicino a Prime Outlets Birch Run - Birch Run

“Nice one night stay.”

“Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

“Everything met our expectations.”

“Outside is older and a bit run down. Room was decent for the price... Clean. Small tv, Only lamps for light, small fridge on the floor with microwave sitting on top. Perfectly fine for just sleeping.... But not a place for hotel lounging on a rainy day.”

“Little restroom for a kind of the room, Terrible view for the type and cost of the room..Very noisy... The air conditioning and swimming pool motors are very close. Eating ordinary food”

“everthing was very clean”

“Rooms are clean and pool is nice!”

“Good Stay 4 nights Staff was friendly and quick with any questions or concerns room was good a lot of parking”

“Exterior door entry to room. Room had no carpeting, old beat-up furniture, poor flooring (don't walk barefoot) no hair dryer, no tissues, towels were old, no coffee/tea in room. Shower and vanity were nice. Overall, 1.5 out of 5 is a fair rating. Over-priced for quality. At another hotel next night, pd $10 more for what we would rate 4 of 5 and had everything missing from the Knights Inn.”

“I love them that are awesome 10 stars”

“The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.”

“Room smelled, floor dirty, nasty food in the kitchen sink, burnt holes in the sheets and blanket.”
