“First of all in the handicap room they only give you one bar of soap and the sink is about 25 feet away from the toilet. If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet. The second day the staff never came in...

“This property was probably the best hotel that I have stayed at in a very long time. It smelled so good. Everywhere the room, the lobby, everywhere. I was from very far out of town and the guy at the desk was helping me with places to go and things to see. They had an amazing indoor heated pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfortable. I unfortunately did not wake up early enough to even look into breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But it was overall a wonderful experience.”
