This tidy and fully equipped apartment is located meters away from Nissi Avenue, the busiest street in Ayia Napa where you can find all the important and necessary amenities that you will need during your stay.

The apartment is cozy, guest friendly, and highly operational, it can easily accommodate up to 4 adults, it is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during the hot sunny days, and has a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the pool view along with your morning tea or that cold beer in the afternoon.

As you walk into the apartment you will come upon the well-designed living area! On your left, you will find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, a double stovetop, a kettle, and all the cookware you will need along with enough plates and cutleries for you and everyone else staying at the property with you. In the kitchen area, you will also find a small table that can sit up to 4 people!

Further inside you will find the living room that features a comfortable sofa bed, a small table, and a Smart TV the perfect place to sit and relax after you have spent a full day enjoying what Ayia Napa has to offer!

Further inside the flat, you will find the bedroom featuring a double bed, cloth storage, and access to the veranda.
