When we arrived for check in, the clerk was nice but he couldn’t find the reservation for the second room. Took a long time to get that situated. I will say again, he was very nice, we were just really tired and the delay was inconvenient. Upon getting to the rooms, there were no batteries in the TV remote, the toilet didn’t flush well, and both rooms smelled very musty. We were able to sleep well - beds were fine. And we checked out early. However, there were also not enough coffee cups in the rooms for the number of people on the reservation. Fine for a quick overnight sleep stay but not much more than that.

This place was like a motel six. The front desk lady was nice and professional. But everything else about this place sucked!!! Will never step foot in a Red Roof Inn again. There were bugs flying around the room upon entering. The room smelled and the bed had bugs. I was afraid to sleep in it, so just laid across the top fully clothed. Other guests partied and argued loudly for hours right outside my room door. It was only when it started raining that they took the nonsense indoors. Needless to say, I will not got an hour sleep. The shuttle service provided to the airport was excellent though. Prompt and friendly.

Terrible experience. Had to checkout as soon as I checked in and made another reservation at a different hotel for my stay. The room was smelling of whatever was smoked, several groups of guys loitering around smoking or whatever they were smoking. I felt really unsafe and i had to leave. They wont refund me.as well.as they didnt care that my money was wasted. Its better to waste some money and be sure that I'm safe. Complete garbage of a hotel. I'll stay clear

Stayed here 6 months ago the room was mediocre but the price was good, stay was fine then and shuttle service on point. This visit the stay was the same but the shuttle service was awful we waited 45 minutes for pick up, called 3 times and drive said they would be there in 10 minutes each time. After a very long day of travel that was not acceptable. Won't stay again.

Overall the room was clean and convenient for my one night stay. I am not a fan of hotels with outside entrance doors. Those are "motels" to me. For that reason i tried to cancel the room immediately but couldn't. I really felt uncomfortable because i was traveling alone. I will definitely do more research before booking the next time.

We always stay at this location when travelling out of the County. We like it that we can park our car while away and know there is security keeping an eye on it. Also, love the shuttle service the hotel provides. Very courteous and professional drivers and always on time!
