Lovely kitchenette. Comfy beds. Nice sized room. Friendly staff. Great location. I was on the 9th floor and, sadly, it takes some time for the hot water to reach that floor!

The room could've been cleaner. There was toothpaste on the walls, stuff on the floor, the mirror was cracked, there was no hand soap provided and their was a douche in one of the drawers from a previous stay.

I would definitely stay here again. The location is a walkable distance from the harbor, surrounding restaurants, The National Aquarium, The Power Plant and so much more. There is street parking, free public parking and paid parking surrounding the area. This hotel was nice and quiet and cozy. The staff did not disturb me and no one was rude and when I did speak to them they were very helpful and very polite. The only dislike is that they mentioned there is only one way in and one way out after a certain time but I may have misunderstood what the young lady at the reservation desk said. I did however ask if there is only that front door exit and she said yes. I said out loud how safe is that? No response received. This hotel was clean the room was big enough for me and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed for comfort. Although I spent most of my time outside, the tv was horrible, the remote didn’t really work and it was not an updated tv. Overall this was a great stay. P.S. butter goes in oatmeal!!!! lol thanks

We had a double bed room. It smelled clean entering it and everything was as presented on line. Convenient location - parking is not on site.

The staff was friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the suite with a full working kitchen, with a refrigerator, dishes, stove top and dishwasher. Also, it rained while we were there and we had free laundry facilities to dry our clothes. We will be back!

Inner city Baltimore, so you know what to expect outside. Hotel was great, fanciest room i've ever been in. Full kitchen with luxury style bath/shower, imo. Very close to local grocer and restraunts, stone throw from inner harbor.

The location and proximity to arena was ideal. The fact that the water was cold the entire time and I had to let the shower run 20 minutes to get it to turn warm was ridiculous. It never got hot and the next morning it wasn’t hot either so I was limited to a 3 minute shower all weekend.

The hotel was excellent but I didn't care for the parking. You had to walk around the corner and they charged me more than what the hotel allowed.

Was here for 2nights the room was clean and the kitchen is a nice touch but the the heating system only blew out air which kept the room 66-67 the entire time which caused my friend to get sick, she arrived fine beforehand. The water in the shower never got hot so we couldn’t shower because the room was so cold, only wash up at the sink. The parking is terrible, nothing on site you’ll have to walk a block or two to a garage or scramble for street parking. Overall I wouldnt stay again there are better options out there.

I have to say had a great experience here. There was a little hicup at check in but manager took care of it right away. Very nice staff room was very clean and comfortable. Was on 6th floor and best water pressure we have ever had and we stay at hotels every week. We will be back if ever in area.

Terrifically clean room, spacious with a kitchen. Easy walk to CFG Bank Arena and not too bad of a walk to the harbor itself. Streets a little noisy at night. But overall best hotel in the area for the price in my opinion. Will most likely be staying here again when we return in the summer months.

Staff should really greet the customers. I had to greet all the staff to be acknowledged. The gentleman that checked me did a great job of explaining the rules to me. But again the staff should really greet customers as they come in. I did not get that from any of the staff.

In Baltimore for a volleyball tournament at the Baltimore Convention Center. Very convenient for walking to and from the convention center. Lobby is clean, but very basic & no restaurant or food service. Parking is in a public garage w/o any association to the hotel. Needed to walk about 3 blocks to and from the garage. Room was large with nice full kitchen. Overall, good experience.

Disappointed
There was no one at the front desk when when we arrived. We only needed to sleep and shower for a quick 1 night trip. When we entered I was happy with the size and started looking for same brand hotels for future trips to Dallas Myrtle beach and Florida ….. Upon trying to shower at 10am there was not a drop of warm/ hot water. The only way to shower would have been a polar plunge. I called the front desk and the lady working said she was unaware of any issue and that probably everyone in the building was trying to shower. There was no solution or apology. If I knew I could not shower I would not have stayed here to half the price. Unfortunately now I will not stay or recommend this hotel franchise.

I liked the place, quiet room and great staff. I will be back. My room was close to elevator and it was not ok all around from elevator noise level. That "ding" may need to be turned off, it is just annoying to folks like me in the room keep hearing it.

Good Stay
Our stay was great! Courteous and friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the thermostat in the room wasn't working properly. We set the heat up to about 72 but the room would not get pass 65. It was a little chilly through the night but wasn't unbearable.

First the one good thing this establishment had that we liked was their shower. Beds were comfortable. The heating was very noisy through out the night while we were sleeping. The cable and TV was good. The hotel staff was very unwelcoming and we felt they were not accommodating. Many shady characters coming in and out the hotel with just one employee at the front desk to enforce security. Baltimore police department was called and was present in the hotel. Very high odor of marijuana through the building at all times of the day and night. The door to our room felt flimsy and was not secure. Sorry to say but my family and I will not be to this hotel.
