Many upgraded since I last visited here. New flooring, fresh paint, and equipment. Outside grounds continued well kept. Since I travel with my dogs, the station for dog bags and waste disposal was greatly appreciated…just wish all guests with pets used this addition. The staff was very friendly and always “working”. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and festive. A great place to visit when you have family stationed on Fort

Mixed bag, but worth a shot.
Extended Stay is a great concept, marred by poor quality control. Our stay was a mixed bag, but I'll try them again on the hope their quality control improves. The great concept is that every room has a full kitchen (minus conventional oven), so that if you're staying awhile and don't mind cooking a bit you can eat your own food - improving quality and saving a butt-load of money. Our problem was that the first room we were given was uninhabitable - missing a major furniture item, light out by the bedside, phone not working (couldn't reach the desk), pillows minus pillow cases and one of them stained with a bit of blood. A second room was fine, but of course we had to move to it. The desk help was super-friendly and helpful, so I can't fault that, but clearly their QC and room inventory were sub-par. Still, once we got settled we were happy with the place, and will give them another shot.

Off to a bad start; then okay.
We were initially given a room that should have been out of service - missing essential furniture, non-working light fixture by bed, blood stains on pillow, and all pillows missing pillow cases, phone service to desk broken. The receptionist was very helpful and got us a serviceable room in exchange, so props to her, but having to change rooms was a drag. The rest of our stay was good.

Disgusting
Actual dirt in the sheets. Colorful urine-stained sheets. Artful cigarette burns on countertops and sinks. Delightful hole patterns in blackout curtains. Drawer front falling off. Questionable greasy substance on the table. Not sure what my shoes were sticking to on the floor. If it had not been after midnight, and having paid nearly 200$ for the room, we would have left to find another place to stay.

First of all, we didn't know extended stay means the rooms will only be cleaned once every 14 days. Also, free breakfast was a joke, although they advertise this being a smoke free place, every night after midnight we would get a strong smell of weed to the point that we couldn't breath and had to walk outside for a fresh air. Bathroom smelled like crap and carpet was filthy. Will never stay and this property again.

There is a kitchenette with frig, stove, and microwave, but there are no pots, pans, plates, cups, or silverware. So there isn't much use in having a kitchenette. Worse, there was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast they serve downstairs is just a granola bar. There never seems to be anybody at the front desk.

I didnt like being told that they were overbooked and didnt have any rooms when i arrived. I didnt like being given a dirty room with no sheets and being told to dress the bed myself with new sheets. I didnt like the dead cockroach on my window sill. I didn't like the no breakfast when the website says free breakfast on it.
