This was a good hotel. The bed was very hard and they only give you two water bottle for free no matter how long you are staying. We ended up walking to the gas station nearby and bought a pack of waters. The shower was broken when arrived (rain shower portion shot water at the ceiling). They came up promptly to fix it but only patched it up. It still shot water at the ceiling but much less. enough went through the shower head for it to be useable. The location was conveniently close to our excursion meet ups so we didnt get stuck in traffic but there is no convenient metro in walking distance so you have to use grab to go anywhere.

Great room. Massive. Bathroom lighting not very bright though. Parts of the building are very tired. The pool area especially. Tape over the cracks in pool glass walls etc. This place has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever come across.

Hugely disappointed
1…. Receptionist lied to me upon checking in saying No double rooms available… After saying I wished to cancel a Double room appeared. 2…..No bar open 3…. No restaurant open 4…. No spa open 5…. No Buffet breakfast …. 4 cardboard containers delivered to your room door. 6…. Advertised “ Cable TV” Nothing faintly English or American, All Thai or Chinese 7…… The in room safe not bolted down, I picked it up off the wardrobe floor!!!! Crazy.

Mainly hotel meant for overnight Chinese tourists
Hotel is meant for Chinese tourist coming in load of buses. Very noisy even past midnight Location is far from city, expect to use taxi/grab as no shuttle service being provided Breakfast is too crowded with overnight packed tourists and spread of breakfast very limited cater for Chinese. I have stayed in so many hotels of very high standard to normal and this hotel should only 3 star instead of 4star.

Quiet location far away from the most touristy areas of the city, easy to travel too and from with taxi. Two convenience stores within 2 minute walking distance. Several street food options and a small local market. Amazing view from the upper floors. Cleaning is ok, nothing stands out as dirty, but could be better. The hotel is very worn, water marks in the ceiling and on the carpet, scratched doors and floors. No hot water most of the day, shower head wouldnt stay in one position and was leaky. Atleast the bathroom had a tub and a seoarate shower, so you could choose where to get frosty. Great staff, helpful and smiling. 2000 baht deposit so bring cash to check in. You get it back when you leave. Dont choose this hotel if you think its going to look like the photos or if you're picky about the above stuff. Do choose this hotel if you want a stunning view while resting and wont be staying much in the room anyways.

Complimentary Breakfast is not good. Its a four star hotel but the live counter of egg or any other is not available. The staff is there not cooperative.

Honestly check in was okay of course their was a language barrier but I’ll survive. When i entered my room i instantly needed to check on my children the WiFi was horrible being one of my children were super sick it felt horrible not being able to communicate. Then i slept horrible the bed was so hard it was beyond unbearable. Overall i wouldn’t stay here ever again! And when i asked front desk for another WiFi they hung up on me i guess because they didn’t understand. The pool was poorly maintained as well looked green.

Staff are lovely, as is the pool area. However breakfast was poor and very cold. We were disappointed with this. Also disappointed that expedia said this hotel had a free airport shuttle to find out after we booked that this was only for the nearest BTS Station and there was a large charge for transfers.

初バンコクで市街地から近く 質の良いホテルを探して辿り着きました。 設備は清潔 スタッフのサービスも良くとても好感が持てます。 しかしバンコクの地理に詳しい方はあまり選ばれないホテルになります。 ツアーで行動する方は問題ないですが、好きな所を回りたいという方には、不向きな立地だと感じました。 タクシー代も割安だったので今回はその点を含めても良い旅になりました。

Das Bad war nicht besonders sauber, schlampig renoviert und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering. Zimmer 2304.Das Früstück war äusserst asiatisch. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

멋진 야경과, 친절한 직원, 맛있는 커피
Choi라는 직원 분께서 한국어가 가능하셔서 좋았습니다. 예상치 못한 상황에 놓였던 적이 있었는데 순간적으로 영어가 들리지도 않고 뭐라 해야할지도 모르겠고 정말 멘붕이였는데 그 분이 한국에서 오셧나요? 한 마디하시니깐 너무 반갑고 고맙더라구요. 또한 호텔 카페에서 근무 하시는 분이 두 분이 계셧던거 같은데 같은 아이스 아메리카노라도 한 분은 사케라또에 가까운 아메리카노, 한 분은 정말 진한 커피를 내려주셨는데 특히 사케라또느낌의 아메리카노를 정말 맛있게 마셧습니다. 친구 3명이서 와서 킹사이즈 침대방 하나랑, 싱글 침대 2개가 있는 방을 커넥팅해서 썻는데 친구끼리 여행보단 여자친구와의 여행에 더 어울리는 호텔이라는 생각이 들었습니다. 한국에 있는 여친생각이 많이나더라구요..

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist außerhalb des Zentrums, welches man aber schnell erreichen kann - auch fußläufig. Alles in allem schönes Hotel, das aber auch schon abgenutzt ist.

had to pay extra 120b for two bottle of water from fridg as I was given two small bottle of water for two people for two day as you are aware you have to use bottle water for cleaning your teeth this is not good enough for a 4 star hotel sorry but no I will not stay there again as I will be in Bangkok in april I will look else were regards rob

整體滿意
房間夠大，而且清潔，要求轉兩張單人床的房，接待盡力安排，留下很好的印象，接觸到的酒店職員都是很慇勤的，如接待、bell boy、門口叫車、房務等，只是自助早餐食物種類不多，和不近BTS站之外，其餘都很滿意．

Worst experience of all the time the room is bad the hotel has no service at all and the area is extremely bad not recommended at all.

Pricey hotel situated in a very worn down area. Breakfast is boring and bland, and was not included in the stay. For this bland breakfast they will charge you an additional 20 usd per person. Service level is not impressive. Beds will leave some people with a sore back because they are too hard. Hotel room appliances are outdated. Might be my bad luck, but apparently hotel guests will walk around yelling in the corridors, and hammer on your door. Maybe I got unlucky, but the breakfast area was incredibly loud. Had to check out early to find a better more comfortable place to stay.

Value for money but some issues. Staff have very limited English. Breakfast was fine but for lunch and dinner choice is very limited and service poor. The cafe only serves coffee tea and some cold drinks but no food. Gym equipment needed servicing. You'll need to rely on taxis for transport as no close mass transport.

Auf den Bildern sieht das Hotel ja ganz gut aus: frisch und modern. Aber wenn man erst mal dort ist und von der Nähe erlebt, merkt man eben Sachen wie dürftig saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie einen unangenehmen Geruch den man nicht wirklich wegkriegt - wem fällt denn bei der Raumgestaltung ein, das Urinal direkt gegenüber der Kloschüssel zu installieren???? Viel Spaß beim Sitzen auf der Schüssel und dem Reinhalten der Nase praktisch direkt ins Urinal... Frühstück sehr dürftig - wenn man schon das Hotel bucht dann besser ohne Frühstück, das Geld kann man sich gut sparen und damit lieber ums Eck ins einladende Cafe/Bäckerei Frühstück einnehmen. Außerdem ist es etwas weit weg vom Schuss, Gesamturteil: lieber woanders buchen!
