Hotel bello ed in ottima posizione. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Purtroppo ci sono solo 2 ascensori per 38 piani.... in alcuni orari si aspetta anche 20 minuti. check-out alle 20pm, addebitato una notte aggiuntiva, ok ci sta ma pretendo che la camera venga rifatta e cambiato gli Ristorante molto buono ma servizio scadente, lunghe attese ed il cameriere ha confuso parecchi ordini....

Bella vista sulla città dalla nostra camera al 30 piano. Ottima la colazione, e i in genere i servizi dell’hotel. Ottima la posizione per esplorare la città, a 2 passi dalla fermata della BTS e vicino alla Metro. Per un po’ di shopping c’e Il centro commerciale Terminal 21 a 4 passi dall’hotel. Arredamento della camera con qualche segno dell’eta, andrebbe rinnovato.

This hotel might have been in its prime 10-15 years ago. The rooms and amenities are outdated. We stayed for 5 nights so we can say that based on experience of a few days stay. Our room was missing basic stuff like hand towels and body products that they advertised on the pictures were not there. We got a room cleaning once as they come only in the afternoon when all the tourists are back from the activities. I’ve never seen cleaning like that, they only changed towels and made the bed. The floors were no swooped or sink/mirror in the bathroom now wiped which should be the first things addressed. The breakfast is mediocre at best, very bad coffee both dripped one and the coffee machine. No milk alternatives or iced coffee. Fruits and vegetables were old and had some flies in them. However the view of the restaurant was beautiful lol. But the pinnacle of our stay was laundry service. We asked for regular a regular laundry, not dry cleaning and our bill came to $70. We paid less for the nightly rate. So be aware that they charge $2 to wash your panties and socks! Another thing to point out, there is no AC in the elevator so you experience 40 degrees without even leaving the hotel yet - getting ready for the heat outside haha There are much nicer hotels in the area, but unfortunately we booked this one as there was no availability for the Sonkgran. 3 star at best, not 5 stars.

Very nice and quiet boutique hotel in the middle of Sukhumvit. It looks like it need some more maintenance. The room i received had a broken air condition- it did not cool the room after 1 hour working. Instead, i was upgraded for a suite, which was nicer than my room. Thanks for that!

They charged me ~100$ for laundry service without telling me it is not complimentary. Photos look much better than in person. I booked the executive room thinking it will have more space but it’s not worthy at all for the price they ask.

This property is very much downgrading it’s maintenance and bad upkeep. The pool area used to be so nice. Prior to the pandemic it was my favorite upscale hotel and now it is not any better than the boutique park plaza. The plumbing is bad in some rooms, I had to be moved twice. The electric powered shades/curtains didn’t close. Room keys would have to be changed. If you are lucky enough to not experience this, you might appreciate your stay but the pool looks and feels cheap in comparison to how it was. THE STAFF ARE FIVE STAR STAFF AND HOTEL MANAGER IS GREAT TO RESOLVE THESE MANY ISSUES AS QUICK AS THEY CAN! They made every effort to accommodate and compensate for the lack of executive management. The hotel and especially the staff were excellent. One small recommendation would be to have face cloths in the room. We stay there for 5 nights and 2 days when we came back to the room after being out all day the room was rot made up so we had to leave again to that the cleaner could do her job

I is definitely not a five star hotel. Hotel is average. I don't know how they can advertise this hotel as 5 star hotel. Location is close to the "grey" area. If you stay as family, this hotel is not really recommended for area, it is better to find hotel close by to Fashion Mall, Siam area, Chit Lom.
