Well located in Bath. City is a good jumping off point to use to visot coastal Maine.
Ì did not realize the suite was attached to the house. I thought it was a separate building. "Shared" Laundry is a bit superfluous considering most visitors must be there for a short stay. I would rather have had a hanging space, hooks or other, in the room and had a sound proof door closing off the laundry. A bit of a lack of privacy because of this arrangement. Otherwise the space was clean, bed was comfy and towels were nice and absorbant. I comfy chair in the room or just outside the front door would have been a welcome addition. Overall I would give it a good rating

Awesome rental
Rental is very new, very clean and in excellent condition. Our host provided everything we could possibly need - coffee, water, sleep masks, shower gels, shampoo, etc. and extra treats - chips, chocolates, so very thoughtful. Washer and dryer available- lawn chairs, bbq grill and deck furniture available for use. Grounds beautifully maintained and view of the Kennebec River was awesome.

Perfect Bath Location
This small bedroom with bathroom was perfect for our four-day stay. The property owner was wonderful. The room was spotless and the bathroom more than adequate. The location overlooking the river was beautiful. We hope to stay there again.

Seadoo excursion
We stayed for three nights. Brought our seadoo. Ramp was 1/4 mile away. Very convenient. The place was very clean and cozy. Dot was fabulous, Place is exactly as listed. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Will be staying again next year.

We only stayed here one night, but it was warm and quiet and lovely. The bed was comfortable, the host seemed accommodating, she left a little candy dish to welcome us. Overall, a very pleasant evening.

Great location
The room was located on a beautiful, peaceful property in the quaint little town of Bath, Maine. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you are looking to go out and explore as there are many great places nearby to go, such as Monhegan Island. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to stay in for a restful, private vacation as the room backs on to the owner's bedroom, and conversations/alarm clocks, etc can be overheard.

Perfect setup
We needed a room for one night as we traveled through Bath. This clean and tidy room with attached bath was perfect. Everything was new and the bed was very comfortable. Large, bright bathroom. Super easy check-in /out process for our late-night arrival and early departure.

Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only complaint is that it was too brief. Dot was a wonderful host and added so many extra little touches that were much appreciated…like old bottles of water in refrigerator, chocolates, and snacks. The suite was very clean and well organized and thought out. Would most definitely stay again!

Disappointing
This is not an apartment, it's just a small bedroom with separate bathroom. There is a tiny refrigerator and a microwave, but as others have mentioned, there is only one chair and a tiny desk, so with no place to eat or even prepare food it's very inconvenient. Also the coffee maker is in the bathroom - is it just me or is this a bit gross? There is no closet or wardrobe or even a hook on the wall to hang your clothes, which is a nuisance. The walls are paper thin and every sound from the rest of the house can be clearly heard, so assume the reverse is also true. One final weird thing - the laundry room is attached to the bedroom via a pocket door with no lock, and the laundry room then opens into the main house. This means there's no way to lock the access to the "apartment" from the main house. This didn't keep me awake at night or anything, but other people might be freaked out by it, so I thought it should be pointed out. On the plus side the location is excellent and the bed is very comfortable.

The location was perfect! I was able to walk into town for great food then relax back at this VERY clean property while enjoying gorgeous views of the the river. Dot was so friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful attached suite
The suite is attached to the owners main house. It was very clean and came with some complimentary amenities and has a beautiful view of the river just outside. Unfortunately for us it was too cold to really enjoy the area but for a day in together it was perfect.

Very modern attached studio apartment, has mini fridge, microwave, snacks, bottled water, coffee/maker and even has heated floor in the bathroom! And a view of the Kennebec river from the yard on the property.

Beautiful Water Edge Property
The property was in the historic district with a beautiful water view from the chairs in the yard. The unit has a bedroom & bathroom with a shared laundry area. We had a smart TV and a good internet signal. It lacked a place for both of us to sit and eat. It has a desk with a chair.
