We have noted your comment regarding the reservation, and indeed the site indicate 2 Queen beds but can accommodate up to 3. With regards to the Front Desk Staff, I apologize if you found him rude, however the Front Desk Manager was only trying to explain that we do not deliver an invoice to a guest who has already pre-paid the room with a 3rd party as we do not know how much you have pay the 3rd party- which was your case. Only direct payment with the Hotel can be invoiced. I hope the above clarify the situation and once again, please accept my sincere apologies for our inability to provide you a valued experience.
