Dear Mr. Ziggy, we are verry sorry for Your dissatisfaction. Boutique Rooms is a small hotel, with only one receptionist per shift. Sometimes it happens that receptionist have to leave front desk due to physiological needs. We never had a single complaint about that, official, on any other website, or in person, because they always leave a BRB sign and a telephone number for emergency call, and never leave for a long period of time. We are very sorry that Your dissability causes You discomfort, but there is a sitting area in the lobby and also You could just call receptionist's cellular phone number that was written on a large paper, right there on the counter, and he would come back immediately. But instead of doing that, even You are a disabeled person and You were tired as You said, You were able to go down to the "Boutique" restaurant and make a scene and very much disturbe the other guests of the restaurant with this kind of behaviour. We think that this little omission is not equal to Your overreaction and this very damaging review. We can assure You that if You didn't leave, You would see that Boutique Rooms staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful, and that You can clearly see on older reviews.
