Disappointed
There was no one when we walked in - no security, no one checking baggage, no one at the front desk (eventually one person appeared to check us in) no lights, we doubted if the hotel was functioning. Leaky bathroom was proof of low maintenance. Breakfast was minimalistic and average in taste. Looks like COVID has had a bad impact on this property.

Excellent staff, somewhat dated and tired features
Room was large (I was upgraded to a suite), but somewhat dated. Wooden flooring had gaps and electronic control for shower was broken. Service was excellent, with very attentive staff.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Très bon service, chambres spacieuses, très bon restaurant et très bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel commence à être vieillissant mais bon rapport qualité prix. La piscine n'est plus en service. Les environs sont en travaux actuellement à cause de la future ligne de métro. wifi très bon.

Good value for money 4 star hotel
The hotel is good with rooms comfortable, however due to the Metro work going on, the traffic is awful in the locality and lot of dust gets kicked up. The complimentary Breakfast spread was good enough and staff were courteous.

Charged me way too much for taxi because I am a foreigner. Be careful of this if you are traveling from the west. When I reached my final destination the locals could not believe how much I payed for my taxi (arranged by the hotel). They also forgot to pick me up at the airport, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel by myself in the middle of the night, I was upset and they said they would give me a discount for the room, but they didn’t, they charged me full price and then scammed me on th taxi. I would not stay at this hotel, and if you do, be aware that the staff is after your money! They do not care about the people who stay here. Watch your wallet!

Front Desk Manager Ignored Me
Booked three rooms for my colleagues and me. Clerk suggested it would be cheaper using Expedia, so I did. He said it did not matter which room I selected, since I was standing there. After booking online, the front desk manager put his nose into the matter and said there would be an additional fee. Did not pay attention to me when I showed him there should be none based on online rate. Blew me off, and I informed him that neither my staff nor I will ever stay at his hotel again. Customer service matters, especially for frequent business travelers. Hire better managers in the future! The clerk was much more helpful.

Great first stay
A very good experience for a first-time stay. I was given an upgrade to a very spacious and comfortable suite. Despite Bangalore Metro work going on right in front of the hotel, my room, which was facing the front, was very quiet and pleasant. The service was quite good, though housekeeping took a while to send across towels. Breakfast spread was good, though not lavish. All in all, an experience worth repeating!

Convenient stay
Decent hotel to stay at for business travel and for the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with lots of options. The staff is good and friendly.

The hotel with no value for money
The stay was not favorable.I will not suggest my colleagues to have a business trip in this hotel again. PS: The speed of internet is pathetic.

Was on a business trip. Stayed for a night.
Spacious and neat rooms. Comfy bed. Good food. There is a Spa and swimming pool. Didn't use though.

Nice hotel, but some rooms may be tacky disused.
Hotel overall is good. Staff are excellent (could help out in hiring taxis other than their own). However, the room on our second stay in the same month was not good. Taos were squeaky from disuse, chair in room was old unkempt with sunk seat, TV remote didn't work smoothly.

Myself and my wife were very happy with our stay at Fortune Select Trinity. We will come back to same hotel when next in bangalore.

Good Quality of Room
Room is pretty big, nice and clean. The service is good too. Front desk workers and one woman managers really helpful and nice. However I can't find a good food in this hotel. Maybe because I have tried its pricy buffet. I have tried one ordered dinnertime but the food is not as good as I expected. Other than its food, I have a good stay in this hotel.

Exceptional Value and Outstanding Service
Hotel was very good overall and the gym was excellent but the best part were the staff who were very helpful for both the days. The night manager helped me save a big amount on my taxi fares that was charged to me unfairly. In Bangalore there are no taxis roaming the streets that you can call which I did not know, so it was very thoughtful of the the day manager to give me some taxi companies and advised me to book my cab well in advance as there would be bad traffic during the time I was to go to the airport. All in all very pleased with Fortune Trinity Hotel and will always go back :))
