We are truly disappointed to read, that you did not enjoy the freedom and flexibility we offer at the Belfort and decided to shorten your stay. We were pleased to accommodate you request for an early check-in ahead of the standard check-in time, in order for you to be able to change clothes before exploring the city! We would like to remind you of our communication by email, in which we indicated the exact part of our Expedia entry clearly stating there is no front desk. In order to offer our guests the freedom to check-in and check-out as they please in total privacy, we have decided to install a digital PIN code system making the Belfort a very calm and private place to rest and disconnecting form the buzzing city. Additionally we have ensured you get the check-in details three days before your arrival, in which we clearly inform you about our check-in and check-out process using a custom-generated PIN code. Needless to say, we ensure our profile on Expedia is a perfect reflection of the actual location :) May I also add there is no abandoned restaurant underneath Belfort. It is sad to hear you decided you didn't like the place after checking in and changing clothes. We were looking forward to having you over for longer than the short amount of time you spent.
