Slopeside Summer Retreat with Hot Tub

There is nothing quite like staying in an Arrowhead Chalet! Tucked away on the Andesite slopeside directly off the Silverknife ski run, this chalet is built with adventure in mind. This Arrowhead Chalet boasts a fresh mountain modern interior from which to soak in the beautiful forest and Spanish Peaks views. The Arrowhead Chalets offer unrivaled access to Big Sky's Mountain Village! Simply walk to the Mountain Village shops, restaurants and bars, while the Arrowhead Mall amenities (The Cabin Bar and Grill, Scissorbills Saloon, and Lone Mountain Sports) are next door via private path from the Chalets.

Elevate your stay from start to finish! When you stay in one of our properties, you also receive the convenience of KEY, a hospitality team that is ready to transform your travels into an unforgettable experience. From in-home amenities like pre-arrival groceries, or a private chef, to local experiences like a dog sledding excursion. In the summer, you have premium access to hiking and mountain biking trails on Big Sky Resort's vast terrain. After a long day on the trails, walk over to the Mountain Village and hit Yeti Dogs for hot dogs and ice cream. Summer in Big Sky is amazing with activities like white water rafting, zip-lining, horseback riding, paddleboarding at Lake Levinsky, mountain climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and more. In the evening, hit the town by going down the mountain to Town Center. Start off the night at The Rocks Liquor Store and Tasting Room with drinks and apps, then have dinner at Ousel and Spur where you'll have gourmet pizzas and salads. End off the night at The Standard with some dessert and fancy cocktails. If you want to forego driving, the free Big Sky Skyline bus service to the Town Center stops right in front of the Arrowhead Chalets!

During the winter, ski access is out your backdoor! Ski access does not get better than being in a chalet right on the mountain. For lunch, ski to Shedhorn Grill which is located in a Yurt on Andesite Mountain! If you're looking to take a break from downhill skiing, try snowshoeing, cross country skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and touring Yellowstone either by snowcat or snowmobile. End the day with a long soak in your private hot tub!

*** Because the Arrowhead Chalets are located on the mountain, adjacent to one of Big Sky's main ski runs, they are located above street level. However, there is an elevator in the Arrowhead Mall that is available for guest use which takes you directly up to the Arrowhead Chalets. If you choose to bypass the elevator, please note that the walking path is very steep.***

All owners and tenants are responsible to contact property manager at least
48-hours before arrival for help with Luggage. Hours of Luggage help is from Wed – Sunday
from 9:00-11:00 AM and 3:00-5:00 PM. Luggage service may not be available after hours.
Sleds and pull carts are available at Service Parking. Please make sure they are returned.

*** Note: Since the Chalet is located slopeside right off of Big Sky's Silverknife ski run, your private detached heated garage is located at street level (not immediately adjacent to the chalet). For easy loading/unloading, you can park at the Arrowhead Mall entrance and use the elevator to access the private Arrowhead path that leads directly to the chalet. You can call the complex manager at least 48 hours in advance for luggage assistance for an additional fee.***
Ski Access
A fantastic location from which to explore Big Sky's powder! Arrowhead is slopeside just off the blue Silverknife run.

Ski Out:

Walk or pole from the unit long the Arrowhead pathway to the ski access. From there, ski right down to the Big Sky Mountain Village base area and the new Ramcharger 8 or Swift Current lifts (Green access).

Ski In:

Silverknife to the headwall above Arrowhead Chalets. From there you can ski directly back to the unit via the Arrowhead pathway (Blue access). Beginners may wish to ski to the Summit Hotel and walk from the Summit Hotel's main entrance to the Arrowhead Mall, allowing you to take the elevator up to the Arrowhead Chalets.

Other Ski Info:

The Arrowhead Chalets are located immediately next door to Lone Mountain Sports (in Arrowhead Mall), a full-service ski shop (including equipment demo and rental services). Ski out or walk over to access ski school at the Mountain Village base area.

Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.

Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

Practically Perfect in Every Way
We had a fantastic time at this Arrowhead property in Big Sky. It was exactly what we were looking for...location, attractive, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of seating for our family of seven. The hot tub and fireplace topped it off. We will be back!

Boys ski trip
This place was perfect for our annual boys ski trip. Easy access to the slopes and the bars/stores. Lots of room for everyone and the kitchen/pantry was well appointed so we could cook when we wanted to. The wood burning fireplace was a great bonus as well. Customer service and attentiveness was quick and actually proactive. Highly recommend this place. Although if I have to provide a negative, I would say that parking is limited (you get one spot, but you have to search for another and it isn't always available). Solution is bring one car!

Great stay for a ski vacation
Our group enjoyed everything about the house especially the hot tub and the proximity to the lifts. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace with firewood provided. Property manager is super responsive and really helpful in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Fabulous ski in-ski out property in Big Sky
We absolutely loved this accommodation. It is our second time renting it. The property is a 4-bedroom accommodation on the slopes and in the resort village at Big Sky. It has 3 double rooms downstairs (King beds in 2, both ensuited, and double in one with a powder room) and a huge ensuited loft on the 3rd level with 3 Queens beds, 2 with overhead bunks. It was a perfect place to banish the teenage boys! The second level has a full kitchen, huge table that seats 10 and very comfortable living room. It is a 2-minute walk from the main slope down to Ramcharger chair and absolutely ski-in via Silver Knife run (a blue run). The hosts have provided all essential toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, condition, hand wash), kitchen detergent and clothes washing detergent. The full kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils you could want and there was a selection of condiments, sauces, spices etc that previous tenants had left. There is an outside spa/hot tub that we used most days. Two Pines was extremely responsive with any correspondence. The property management picked up rubbish as required, helped with luggage and kept the property beautifully maintained. If we return to Big Sky, this is the property we will rent.

Amazing
We loved this property. Ski in / ski out, clean, spacious and amazing. The property manager was very responsive. The garage fit a XL Ford expedition. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and a great gathering place for everyone in the kitchen and living area. The glove and boot heater/dryer was a nice bonus. Absolutely recommended
