“The Staff was very friendly and very helpful”

“I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!”

“Absolutely love staying at the SurfClub in Dewey. Tremendous walkability to food or even up the shoreline to Rehobeth for boardwalk atmosphere. The only minor concern is parking which can be tight at times but once you park you can walk everywhere else.”

“Wonderful lakefront property with boardwalk, volleyball/ basketball, horseshoes you name it. Barb pits everywhere. Free breakfast every morn.”

“This place is really great! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out to us was the tropical animals in the Atrium area. That is such a unique touch and honestly one of the main things that made this place memorable for our family. The entire property was very well kept, clean, and family friendly. “Got a room with a jacuzzi and it worked very well! Enjoyed that 100%! Pool is open til 10 for adults and but need to purchase a seperate pool pass for it, just a bit difficult to find the receptionist up front”

“Room was clean but craped. Front steps did not have a railing which made getting up the stairs difficult. Hotel is centrally located in Ocean City. Parking cis available in the lot next door.”

“Loved the pool & splash area. The rooms were clean for the most part but my toddler found a used straw somewhere in the room. Did not like the shower. Breakfast options were decent. Good location & an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking.”

“Bathroom was disgusting. Air conditioning was broken. Fridge didn’t work. Front desk attendant acted like she could have cared less. No communication from hotel about room concerns. Very disappointing experience. The only good thing about this place is it’s oceanfront.”

“Great place to stay”

“$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....

“I was on a budget so I chose to stay at their extension called the avenue 2, which is their motel style rooms. Room was great and I still got the same amenities as if I stayed at the main hotel. The only issue is the noise from the downtown area. It was tough for me to sleep from the foot traffic and from the purple parrot restaurant. I also woke up from the noise in the morning so I couldn’t sleep in. The issues were resolved when I had to use my AirPods to kill the outside noise so I can fall...
