“The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast.”

“Hotel needs to be updated and needs to stock supplies better, especially breakfast food items. Also, guest services needs to go through daily room service later in the more. People are on vacation and don’t want their rooms cleaned early in the morning.”

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. “For $450 a night I would expect the room to be much nicer. There was only one nightstand, the AC did not work well and neither did the fridge. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a hair that did not belong to us. They charge an additional $15 per night for parking but do not limit the amount of passes they give out so you may come back to the hotel and not be able to park in the lot that you literally paid for.
