“Went with my toddler daughter and my husband. We had a oceanfront room on the 7th floor. The view was absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband woke up every morning at 5:15 so we could go settle on the balcony and watch the sunrise together. That was probably the best part about the room was the view. “The hotel and the room were clean, but we had a constant issue with supply. The pool was out of towels and even after asking for more, we never got them. Lobby restrooms out of paper towels for days on end and when they finally restocked the paper towels, they were out of toilet paper. Housekeeping changed our sheets but did not give us any towels, toilet paper, or garbage bags. Also, the free hot breakfast was sub-par. The eggs were watery and hard at the same time. “The place is nice. However it’s not the cleanest. We checked in and saw 2 hair on a supposed clean towel, as well as a fly that we couldn’t deal with. The staff was able to provide fly catcher for us to hit the fly, but was unable to change us into another room that’s ocean front.”
