“My young family’s stay was a nightmare, culminating in a violent crime and police intervention. My wife and I contacted the front desk five times to report a loud violent disturbance in the room directly above us while my wife and toddlers were trying to sleep. The staff failed to remedy the situation and things escalated. I called 911 twice. Police arrived and arrested someone for assault, EMS tended to someone also. “Found a red and brown stain on the bedding when I check in. The gentleman up front was very helpful but I had to change my own bedding. I understand it is a budget hotel but that seemed ridiculous that I had to tell the bedding. Other than that everything was great”
