“Booked a 2 night stay, 2 rooms oceanfront that were adjoining, which made our extended family a safer arrangement. Shower produced a nice hot hard shower of water that you didn’t want to leave. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and we had everything we needed. Rooms have a mini fridge, iron, & blower dryer. “There was not enough staff and Francis was not a very good front desk associate. She was dishonest and very impolite. Everyone else was great!”

“I didn’t remove my shoes except before getting into bed. That should say it all. I had seen something stuck on the floor. The mopping job seemed very sloppy. The cabinet door in front of the fridge wouldn’t close, so you had to walk around it. I did not use the shower, although it looked fine. Considering how dirty the main floor was, I didn’t trust it. ”

“This is a clean hotel with friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. As OC regulars, I think this is where we will stay from now on. It right in the middle of everything and just across the street from the beach, which is not a problem for us. IF I could change one thing, it would be to make the pool and the gym a little larger but both are still really nice. See you again next month!!!”
