“Everything was clean and well maintained. I especially loved that there was someone cleaning the floor to the elevators from beach. The pool service was great. Rooms were clean Definitely my Ocean City hotel”

“This is a party hotel because it's connected to Spain Wine Bar. There were multiple parties on numerous floors that were Bachelor, Bachelorette, or Wedding parties. Loud music. Loud voices. Complained to mgmt. Went on until about 2 am. Couldn't sleep, will never go back here.”

“The only thing that i really appreciate about the hotel is the beautiful view… and is actually clean.. however the employees need more training on how to inform clients.. there was no water pressure on the floor that I was in.. after days, maintenance decided to work on it/in the morning..without notice.. when I call reception I was told to wait for a return call.. never happened.. I called after an hour for them to tell me to wait another hour.. not even a option to get a shower somewhere else...

“This hotel is a facade. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. All that and...

“Room was clean with a mini refrigerator. Only dislike I had was the use of a microwave inside the room. A microwave is onsite though. Staff was kind and there is free coffee in the morning. (please add more flavored creamers) A smart tv would’ve been nice aswell. This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the beach which is SUPER CONVENIENT on vacation.”
