I do however have a safety concern that I would want to suggest to the front desk staff during my stay last weekend. “I had a positive overall experience during our stay at this motel, which is conveniently located near the beach in a popular tourist city. However, I felt disappointed that there was no self-service laundry facility on-site, and the nearest laundromat in the city was not within walking distance.
I believe adding a self-service laundry facility would greatly enhance guest convenience and satisfaction, especially for those staying multiple nights.”
