“I was placed in a room right behind where they were doing construction. Nothing but hammering and drilling throughout the daytime. I went to the front desk to have my room changed and she told me the only thing that was available would cost me an extra $40 a night. I checked in on April 1st and was originally supposed to check out April 5th but I left April 3rd two days early.”

“Based on the reviews I read, I was very disappointed. The room was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom counter and hair or stains on several of the towels. Even the ceiling in the living room area had brown spots on it and the tile grout looked like it had never been cleaned. In addition to concerns about cleanliness, the rooms were quite outdated. “The place we clean and walking distance to great food. The onsite restaurant was also good, we went there almost every night. Staff was friendly, processional and took wonderful care of us.”

“The breakfast was terrible but to be fair to the lady who was writing it, she was overwhelmed. They should have had designated at least two employees just for breakfast. Not one lady and sometimes the lady at the front desk. The trash was overflowing, they were constantly empty of coffee, napkins, silverware, milk, fruit, ect. ”

“The gym was very small. The shower needs a removable handle. The pressure could have been stronger as well. Instead of a straight shower bar, it needs the curved ahower bar so that the shower curtain does not touch you. Had to pay extra to park in the parking lot associated with the hotel, such a rip-off!! $10 plus taxes”

“At check in the Apple Pay system didn’t work and I was forced to use another card that made it challenging for me. I spent a half hour in the phone with the bank and there was no issue with my account. I was able to buy food with the same Apple Pay card system just a half hour later. Apple Pay is safer in protecting from fraud so using my physical card was not okay for my comfort. The to go breakfast was in a cramped room. The food was not good. The fruit wasn’t fresh. “Nice place to stay. Clean room. Right by the boardwalk. Would stay here again. Just expedia price per room that they have on there app doesnt include the parking charge that this hotel offers per day. It’s roughly $14 per day. ”

“The room was spacious and very clean. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is okay, same stuff everyday. They are pet friendly hotel. 2 mins drive to Ocean city Boardwalk. Lots of restaurant within walking distance and 5 mins walk to grocery supermarket. Will definitely book here again in the future. ”
