I would never in 1 million years recommend this location, not only from management to the children that they had working the front desk. This place is a joke. The female manager who runs the establishment doesn’t even speak English and continued to call somebody racist and she didn’t even know what that word meant. This is the epitome of poor places for people looking to stay in a vacation residence.

Clean and updated rooms. Comfortable beds. No amenities other than shampoo, conditioner and soap, coffee in room but there’s a great breakfast place -almost across the street (part of a liquor store but the food area is fresh made food and great quality). Would stay here in the north building again if in the area.

Nice place and very convenient to beach and boardwalk. Beds were average comfortable but there should be a selection of pillows to choose from. All of the pillows were the same thickness, and unfortunately, none of them were very comfortable. I had difficulty getting comfortable during the night and woke up with neck pain. Even had to go buy a pillow for the second night.

We were forced to change our room because it was dirty. The bed sheets were awful, sounds like they didn't change them after the previous resident. The staff were nice and polite. The TV was almost useless. it was from an unknown brand and has nothing on it. We weren't able to connect to our account on platforms

For the price it was, it was exactly what i expected. everything was kind of clean for the most part BUT, there were hairs on the pillows and bed. Miscellaneous spots on the sheets and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink hot water nob was completely broke. I turned it on and it fell off.. it seems they just throw it back on and call it a day. some of the “ clean “ towels had spots on them, only a few not all. Overall, our stay was a 5/10. Beach is close and so is food spots that’s a plus. Parking is horrible though they need to find bigger areas to fit everyone’s car. Staff was okay, approachable ? yes. personable ? needs work.

I stayed here with my sister for the weekend. The check in process was slow because they only had one employee at the desk. However the staff was courteous and respectful. The room was decorated nicely (really cute!) and clean. The property is well maintained. The rooms don't have an iron or coffee maker. It's just a couple of short blocks to the beach/boardwalk. Lots of restaurants nearby (in walking distance). Overall great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, there was no place to park and a bunch of guys getting high in the parking lot. Room was clean, bathroom a decent size and the air conditioner was great. But the beds were not great-we didn’t sleep at all. For a one night stay, we survived but mostly like wouldn’t stay again

Staff is always friendly. We always stay at this hotel. We love it. It’s not beachfront but why pay extra when it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach ? There’s shops close by that are open pretty late. Smash burgers on 8th street, Mcdonald’s, Shops on the boardwalk. Rooms are always Clean and Neat. This building is newly renovated but if you’re looking for something a little cheaper and still close to the beach they have a building next door where you can get ice and complimentary coffee ( i believe you can still get them in the new building as well) don’t pass by this gem. it’s worth staying here.

Nice place to stay. Clean room. Right by the boardwalk. Would stay here again. Just expedia price per room that they have on there app doesnt include the parking charge that this hotel offers per day. It’s roughly $14 per day.
