Hotel a Fruitland

“My stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very efficient. I loved my room and slept majority of my weekend away. The only concern was someone attempted to enter my room on my last day (sunday) around 9AM. I was little confused by that considering check out was 11AM.”

“This was the first time I ever stayed on the first floor of a hotel and it was a bit noisy. I heard all kinds of bumps during the night. I will remember to make sure I don’t get a room on the first floor in the future.”

“There was definitely hair in my shower that didn't belong to me. Was only there for one night, short in and out trip! WiFi & broadcasting TV option weren't great & definitely lagged, was better off using my own hot spot!”

“The location is amazing because you’re 4 minutes away from everything. The parking lot was efficient and the hotel was clean. The only drawback was that the laundry machine only accepted quarters and there is no machine to convert bills.”

“The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.”

“There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. The towels were yeloow, which mase my son and I not want to shower. The water was stinky, the toilet bowl and shower had brown stains. There was a bug flying around our room that I had to kill. All in all, not the most comfortable stay, but when stuck to choose between this room and an active blizzard, the room...

“Cleaning!!! Cleaning rooms. It’s ridiculous see roaches everywhere in the bedrooms!!”

“The property is in a grest location. The outward appearance is great looking but the furniture is quite antiquated and worn. The bathroom was in need of tiling with visible mold at base. They still have wallpaper on walls. Definitely need room renovations for cost per night.”
