“Clean and a great location”

“We selected this room because we were staying off season when the weather would likely be too cold to be on the beach. This room was amazing and provided two separate spaces that allowed me to be up early with a cup of coffee watching the news while my wife could sleep privately behind a closed door. The area was spacious and felt like a small home. Our ocean front balcony was much larger than most places we’ve stayed in OC. We selected the walk in shower which was also amazing. “We had a wonderful second stay at the Dune Suite Oceanfront and had a great time once again. This time we stayed on the 5th floor with an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely amazing. Our suite had a cute small kitchen with a nice-sized refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One small note is that our room only had a thick sheet rather than a traditional blanket, which may not be warm enough for...

“Staff was great, we arrived in the area early and were allowed to check in, front desk was extremely friendly. This was a spacious and clean room. The view was better than described almost a full view of the ocean. The only slight complaint is that the bathroom in this room was tight but overall and 9 outta 10 and I would def recommend. And we didnt eat a whole meal in the resteruant but did get pasties and they were delicious! ”

“Beautiful view of the beach and Ocean. We were told we have one of the "penthouse" units, but it was an average unit with the exception of a 75-inch TV. The room was dated but clean. Great location on the boardwalk on 10th street. Jacuzzi tub that was not clean, so we never used it. ”

“Nice place to stay. Clean room. Right by the boardwalk. Would stay here again. Just expedia price per room that they have on there app doesnt include the parking charge that this hotel offers per day. It’s roughly $14 per day. ”

“There was no coffee in the room. You had to wait until 8am for "breakfast" to start where an attendant stared at you while you were getting breakfast. I felt like if you took more than one thing she was going judge you. ”

“This is a clean hotel with friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. As OC regulars, I think this is where we will stay from now on. It right in the middle of everything and just across the street from the beach, which is not a problem for us. IF I could change one thing, it would be to make the pool and the gym a little larger but both are still really nice. See you again next month!!!”
