Nice!!
A very nice hotel. We stayed two nights and really liked this well placed hotel. The employees are really friendly and kind, always looking to make you enjoy your stay. The room we had was a bit tiny but the bed was big and good. Who wants to stay in the room anyway when you can be on the terrace watching the sunset and a barman that makes really good cocktails. Place to stay in Bodrum!

Awesome rooftop terrace with spectacular view of port and harbour area. Morning breakfast was very well handled by the girl in charge. She was polite and super friendly. Her English was more than adequate. The entire staff was beyond reproach. Main selling point was the location.

The Ena is a beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The views from the Roof Terrace where we had breakfast were amazing. The service was great - the only hiccup was that the air conditioning failed when we were there and it took the best part of 2 days to fix.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. The whole staff ensures everyone is attended to. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, the view was breath taking. Next time we're in Bodrum, we know where to stay, at the Ena Boutique Hotel. We would like to thank the staff for making our trip so enjoyable.

Hotel in general was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing that was bothersome was that they don’t turn on the air conditioning in April. It is a loud street and having the windows open at all times is annoying.

It was fine.
The hotel is great, excellent pool deck, although it would be good if one could order drinks. Staff was fine, they didn't go overboard to assist with recommendations of boat trips and struggled to order a taxi for my trip to the airport. I stepped into the road and flagged one down myself. No internet in my room for the entire stay. The first night, the guy on duty offered me his phone to create a hotspot which I thought was beyond kind, but not an offer I could accept. I alerted the morning staff to the issue. Second night, the issue had not been fixed. The guy on duty was not helpful, shrugged and basically wasn't interested. I got the feeling they know there is an issue. Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel to arrange an airport transfer, which is a service offered on the site. Was told they don't do it. I'm ok to sort my own taxi out, but they shouldn't say they do it if they can't. Not the best part of Bodrum in my opinion, but it was good to be there for a couple of days, and then move to another hotel closer to the Marina.

Super LUX hotel in the heart of the city
I’ve been to Bodrum multiple times. Ena is in a league of her own. If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the heart of the city center, this is it. There is no comparison. The rooms are incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful…definitely staying here again. Incredible art on every wall, amazing ambiance and vibe. I was surprised just how incredible this place is. If you can budget it, I would highly recommend upping to one of their suites with a bathtub. Game changer after a long day at the beach. This hotel combined with day trip excursions from Sami at hotel istanköy tours down the street was the ultimate combo. Awesome private LUX adventures by day then settle into the night with this LUX hotel. 100X better than my first trip to Bodrum.

Elegant hotel but in very noisy street.
This is a very elegant hotel but situated on a very noisy T junction with constant 24 hour traffic noise. The standard room we had was very small so subsequently uncomfortably hot especially at night and impossible to have the windows open because of the extreme noise. The receptionist Deniz promised he would upgrade us (as per our vip gold status) if a room became available during our 7 night stay but didn’t even though the hotel at the end of our stay was practically empty. The air conditioning was dreadful and we were told it could only be controlled from reception so several times we had to call down in the early hours for them to switch it to cold as it was pumping out hot air! Bizarre! The pool was closed with rubbish floating in it all the time we were there and no sun beds out so nowhere to relax except armchairs on the terrace with no shade whatsoever. Deniz explained that they were not allowed to open the pool until 15th April but a neighbouring hotel we visited had their pool open and sun beds arranged around it. There was no kettle in the room even though their own brochure stated there was, when we pointed this out we were given a kettle and two cups and saucers but no coffee, tea or milk which we had to go out and buy. These days almost every hotel from basic to 5 star has tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was superb and the young waitress serving was lovely, helpful and efficient.

Dear Paul, Thank you for your feedback, During your stay, there was noise and pollution due to the excavation work also due to the road work done by the municipality in the city in front of the hotel. Our rooms are designed to meet the needs of each of our guests. It is stated in the reservation information that our standard rooms are 20 m2. instead of asking for a room upgrade, you can book a larger room, We didn't promise you a room upgrade, but we said we could help if there was availability, but it wasn't. Очень понравился отель. Доброжелательный персонал, работающий в отеле, сделал наше проживание особенно комфортным. Чистые, стильные номера. Расположение в тихом месте, но рядом с набережной. Прекрасный завтрак в ресторане откуда открывается шикарный вид. Единственное пожелание - хотелось бы, чтобы была бесплатная питьевая вода в номере. We loved the hotel very much. Friendly staff made our stay especially comfortable. Clean, stylish rooms. The hotel is situated in quiet place but close to the embankment. Nice breakfast in the roof top restaurant with amazing view. It would also be nice if there is a free bottled water in the room.

Two day stay in Bodrum
The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Valet Parking on site. We used the lovely roof terrace once for a late lunch and for (the excellent) breakfast every day. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but a bit tired. The location of the hotel is pretty good with a 10 minute walk to the old town (and a great view of the bay from the terrace). I would certainly stay there again.

Kardeşlerim ve kızımla kaldık şehrin dışında ama değil gibi 😇 tepede kalıyor manzarası çok güzel kahvaltısı gayet yeterli Türk kahvesi sadece hoşgeldin amaçlı 1 seferliğine mahsus ikram diğerleri ücrete tabi odalar temiz rahat küçük birde havuzu var fakat malum dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirilmesi hoş karşılanmıyor.

Göründüğü gibi değildi. Balayımızda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Kahvaltıdaki pişi çok yağlı ve soğuktu. Odaların içindeki su bile paraylaydı.(10 tl)2 gece için 3bin lira verip de böyle bi odada kalmak üzücü bi deneyimdi. Havuz saat 8den sonra yasaktı.
