Siamo state a Bologna per il festival cinematografico: la casa è in posizione eccellente e l’host si é dimostrata estremamente disponibile e attenta.

Grazie Michela, quando vi ho viste arrivare belle come il sole e sorridenti mi avete emozionata….sarà che ho una figlia dell’età vostra e ho pensato che è bello vedervi rifiorire dopo due anni di pandemia! Grazie per aver avuto cura della mia casa. Vi riaspetto a Bologna!

Ottimo appartamentino, comodissimo al centro e ottimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo. Molto consigliato
Siamo stati 2 giorni e una sola notte. É stato facilissimo sia fare il check in che trovare l’appartamento! l’unica pecca é la pulizia dei bagni, per il resto ottima soluzione per una famiglia!

Un bell appartamento per famiglie a pochi passi dal centro di Bologna con la fermata del bus di fronte, la proprietaria super disponibile, l unica nota negativa la pulizia dovrebbe essere un po più curata.

Così ha commentato mio figlio! E ha ragione. L'appartamento è spazioso, accogliente, con tutte le comodità. Trovato pulitissimo. Silenzioso sempre! Ci siamo spostati a piedi perché facilmente si raggiunge il centro storico. Negozietti e alimentari vicini. La signora Francesca è davvero gentile e disponibilissima. La ringraziamo ancora per la sua cortesia sia in fase di checkin che di check out comprendendo le nostre esigenze. Sarà un piacere ritornarci.

Italian Adventure
It was all and more than I expected. The owner Francesca was a wonderful host. We stayed for two and a half months in a clean and roomy apartment with a great location. I highly recommend this apartment and host we made friends for life. Bologna is a wonderful vibrant Italian town that is close to many of Italy's major sights only two hours by train. Viva Italia

Perfect for a short break
This apartment was perfect for our short Bologna trip. Clean and spacious for our family. Walking distance to the centre, with good restaurants and bars even closer. Francesca was a great host, answering our messages and helping us with our travel questions

A fantastic location
The location and the property were fantastic! We took a cab from the train station to the property and then walked everywhere else. The property was beautiful. The only complaint we had was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They had children or a dog running around for hours until about 11 every night. Regardless, we would still recommend.

Great location
We spent 4 nights in Bologna as a base to travel to other parts of Northern Italy. While staying in Bologna the location was great and a car was not needed. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. We had a great time!

We loved Bologna!
This apartment was wonderful! Roomy and clean. The beds and linens were great. It’s a little noisy at night with neighbors up later than we were. The area has everything you need. Taxis were a bit hard to come by, but it turns out most things you want to get to are within walking distance anyway!

Great location, cool apartment!
Modern apartment in great area, just ten or fifteen minute walk from main piazza. Although it is on the first floor, it is behind the inner courtyard of the building so you do not hear street noise. I will say that the upstairs neighbors are a bit loud, as are the neighbors next door, so maybe bring some ear plugs. Nice to have air con and washing machine.

Great Apartment
Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. It’s very spacious and in a great location to explore Bologna. We were able to walk and take busses very easily to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is wonderful, with many great restaurants close by.

Great location and great host😊
Stayed 6 weeks, used it as a hub for visiting other cities. Apartment was adequate, it would be great for a Couple and their 2 kids. Upstairs neighbors were so noisy from 22:00-1:00. Great location, 15 min to train station. 10 min to downtown core. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Francesca and her son were awesome. Did the pasta making classes and the Italian days food experience. Both were awesome. Definitely recommend Mo’s morte della and the gelateria Gianni on via monte grappa. Zappa brewery on Pratello, and the pizzeria across the street on San Felice are worth a visit.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Bologna
This place was perfect for our stay in Bologna. Spacious and clean and so centrally located we could literally walk everywhere! Museums, restaurants, and the BEST mortadella sandwich at Mo Mortadella Lab. When we got there, the refrigerator had quit but Francesca was there in minutes to look at it and the very next day, a brand new one appeared! She made it all so easy. Bologna is a big city with lots to explore and this was the perfect jumping off point.

Great stay in Bologna
Awesome stay in Bologna. Convenient location (one of Bologna’s best restaurants right across the street.). The owner was really helpful with making arrangements as I had a few last minute changes and issues to deal with.

Amplitud y buena ubicación
Apartamento muy bien ubicado en la zona antigua de Bolonia a 10 minutos andando de la plaza central y a 20 min de la estación. Típica Calle con porches, animada. Piso silencioso, da a patio interior. Bien de calefacción que te puedes regular. Salón comedor, cocina y dormitorio y baño principal muy amplios.

Leider gab es Vormieter mit extremen Schweissgeruch, welcher nach 3 Tagen immer noch in der Wohnung war. Extrem unangenehm. Der Tisch klebte großflächig und war nicht zu reinigen.

Convenient location
I felt like I was a new resident in a Bologna neighborhood. Walking outside under the portico and the shops and restaurants was easy to food shop to cook for ourselves when we didn't want to go to a restaurant--and there were many various restaurants all over. Great WIFI helped me plan visits to museums and churches. Large apartment, helpful landlord and her family. Wish I was still there.
