“Nice hotel with great staff. Pillows were tiny but there were plenty to stack. Kids swam in the pool but it would not have fit very many more than my 2. Breakfast was great! We always love a good waffle machine but the biscuits and gravy were pretty good too! The surrounding area was nice and lots of places to eat/shop nearby.”

“Pool was closed. Tbf, it was cold. Room A/C smelled horrible when it first started. Room Keurig was absolutely FILTHY, had very old water and some growth in the reservoir. The bed was ok, but the "box spring" was a metal box that made a gong sound evry time I moved. It was a place to sleep. ”

“The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There...

“The room itself was comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was a disgrace. The glazing on the porcelain tub was cracked and peeling, and completely discolored. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was scary looking. I should have taken pictures! Breakfast: the butter and sour cream were locked-up, and there was no one in sight to ask for the refrigerator to be unlocked. There was a doorbell at the front desk that said "ring for service". I rang it twice, and no one ever came.”

“This was a different hotel experience than expected, but not in a bad way. We arrived unfamiliar with the check-in procedures, or even which door to enter for the hotel. We found our way into the hotel restaurant and a gracious employee took us around to the desk where we got our key. Our room in this 1920's vibe hotel was #3. “First thing i noticed is the lobby was locked to guests at 4:30 pm. Had to ring a bell for service. Person at window was pleasant. No name tag so i could not give her kudos. On departure only was still locked at 8:30 am. New person at window. I asked if the lobby was ever unlocked. He said no. Reservation was for a standard King non smoking room. At initial entrance of room it was neat, one sitting chair beside the bed. Desk with no drawers across from bed as well as a dresser/tv stand. ...

“Wow! What a stunningly beautiful property. Check in was seamless, rooms were immaculate, comfy and welcoming. Location was perfect. Everything you needed was there. ”

“Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee.
