“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. “The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. ”

“Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.”

“Our stay at Hibiscus was perfect. The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the gorgeous Grayton Beach and, should you prefer to walk, it is only a few minutes. We stayed in the Tropical Birds room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. This guest house is lovingly decorated with an Old Florida feel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is no longer complimentary at the coffee shop cafe next door, but it is well worth the price. I highly recommend the crepes. Overall, we highly recommend...

“Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. ”
