“Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. The pool was disgusting with algae growing all around it. There were two picnic tables for you to sit at even if you wanted to go to the pool because the other chairs were dry rotted with holes in them. The rooms were terrible, nothing like the photos pictured. The blinds looked so gross that did not even want to touch them. “One of the absolute best places to stay. My family & I were overjoyed to be staying here again as we have made The Reef our yearly vacation spot. We got there early this year and they did their best to get us in the room as soon as they could. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and you can request housekeeping to clean your room after a couple days stay. They do a nice job. We love the reef!”

“Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Ok so here is the most honest review you're going to get.
If you have pets, want a cheap room, and like to party this place is the one for you.
If you have a family with children - Avoid.
If you are young women alone - Avoid.

“From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony!
