“We purchased a room with a king bed. When we arrived, we were told that there were no king beds available and that they didn’t know how the booking even went through. We received a room with two double beds.”

I booked three rooms months in advance for my son's graduation trip and was told our rooms would be together, but they were placed far apart across the property. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions. The rooms themselves were in poor condition.
