Hotel a Freeport

“I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.”

“They gave away my king room and charged me $25.00 extra for a double queen room after they gave away my room that I already paid for. The breakfast didn't have many choices to choose from, and the pancake machine was broken.”

“On a postive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the pictures that are posted on the website are not a true representation of the property. The rooms are outdated and disgusting. I had a partial ocean view from the balcony. the funiture on the balcony was disgusting as well.The toilet was running throughout the entire stay. Maintenance came twice to repair not sure what he did but it didn't work. I would never stay there again. If you are looking for a nice resort DONT I wouldn't...

“Been there for 3 nights. They never clean up our room. Even to empty our trash bin”

“Arrived about 2:30 PM, asked to checked in. Was told no one checks in before 3:00PM. I have been staying in motels for over 60 years and have never been told I had to wait to check in unless the place was full. There were only 4 or 5 cars parked in the parking area. Sunday morning went for breakfast around 8:30 they had run out of waffle batter and did not attempt to refill the container. I was basely disappointed in my stay and doubt if I will try another BW.”

“Breakfast and fitness room excellent.cleaning staff didnt change sheets when they came to replace towels ,make the bed and take out the trash.Granted that we didn't ask to change sheets beacuse we thought it was part of it when you clean a room.”

“Very clean room and lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was decent. Loved that they had coffee available in the lobby at all hours (both regular and decaf). Pet friendly, and nice grassy areas to walk our dog. Would definitely recommend.”
