Hotel a Freeport

“New, clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was also well above average. I would stay here again.”

“No pets. Yes there are things nearby and there are a lot of things to do close. The room was pretty clean, but there were burns all over the comforters and the shower curtain and there were cockroaches. The staff was nice and accommodating. ”

“Only negative is beds were too high. Im 4'11" and could not get in the bed. Ya'll need to have a step stool in room!!!”

“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“I could just live in one of these suites. Everything we needed. Barely made it for continental breakfast. They close it early. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean. Desperately need better pillows for the rooms. Great time and will return. ”

“First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online....
