“Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.”

“I booked through this website and I had already paid what I supposed to when booking and had to pay a remaining balance of 629.00 at check in I got there and had to pay 1114.98 and they couldn’t tell me why I also showed the where I only had a remaining balance of 629.00 and they wouldn’t honor it and the staff was really rude”

“There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs.”

“Was told upon checkin that this was a minimalist hotel and immediately felt regret. The amenities are 'shared' to include an ancient microwave in the lobby. This is not the hotel for you if you like privacy. Heating up dinner three floors down is not ideal for my taste. Room was tiny and had a hard time fitting in the allotted space comfortably. Walls are a bit unforgiving as I hear a lot of what was going on next door and across the hallway. Staff was friendly, but that doesn't quite make...

“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

“No me quedé ahí porque yo renté. ¿Se supone el hotel que muestras cuando estaba ahí me dieron otro apestaba? Las sábanas eran blancas, pero no eran blancas eran gris de sucias rompidas. Nos fuimos de ahí a mi esposo. Ojalá me regresen mi dinero”
