“Excellent service ”

“Property is great as long as you don’t arrive 45 minutes early. They charge a $15 extra charge for early check in. I had traveled 6.5 hrs going from Eastern time to central time. Traffic was forgiving but this best western wasn’t. Make sure you aren’t early unless you want to pay additional for your room”

“Broken tiles in bathroom by tub, very dangerous. Eggs cold with limited breakfast items already. Rooms were clean but very noise hotel. On 2nd floor had a loose dog on the floor no owner and kids knocking on doors late at night. Great location for food and shopping but Wont go back even woth good price. ”

“Got a handicap room. Brought our dog. $75 fee for him. The staff was super friendly. The property and room was very clean. Everything worked. Great stay ”

“Room was amazingly clean, staff at checkin was great and gave information about the hotel and lobby was clean and very well set up. Would recommend and would stay again when in the area!”

“This place is ok. Spacious for families, but not as clean as I would like. The linen on the beds has lots of lint balls. The kids comforters had bleach stains. The bathroom had black mold and a broken shower. The staff was rude when we requested a room change. ”
