“We purchased a room with a king bed. When we arrived, we were told that there were no king beds available and that they didn’t know how the booking even went through. We received a room with two double beds.”

“You get what you pay for. But that doesnt diminsh the value at this property. Its a kioskbto check in, get keys, and all that. Its different. Unique. Had 2 stays, 1 for 2 nights and added another night. I thought that they wouldve rolled over the pet deposit or incidentals. They released them whch takes a few days to reclect so it kinda was an annoyance to put it back down. But with the 2nd deposit it was $50 but my bank would show it as $60 on my end. The guy didnt understand what I meant when...

“I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. “The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...
