“Room was clean and the staff was great. Only issue was with the bed. Wife could feel the springs which made for an uncomfortable sleep. I slept just fine. Oh, the tub had a small crack in the side so could only be filled with minimal amount of water. ”

“Stayed 4 nights here in a king suite. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean with a comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast items in the morning and coffee available 24/7. The only thing I didn't like was how spotty the wifi was, but I would stay here again.”

“I have no clue why this hotel has such good reviews, it was nasty the whole time I was there. The first day when I arrived, there was a stain on the bedsheets and weird splotches of brown on the shower, there was also hair all over the shower, and one of the toilet paper rolls was half used from the previous guests im assuming .We called housekeeping and they did change the sheets, but they did nothing about the bathroom (which we also called about). The second night, thank god there were no...

“Staff tried to charge me extra for kids even though I had already paid for them. They only put 2 towels in the room knowing we had 4 in the room. They threatened us about taking anything from the room, which I have never done. Not exactly friendly service. ”

“The room condition was good - the next door room was the electric room and the transformer buzz was not good. Also the WiFi was not compatible with access to the Internet though we could access the router and modem.”

“Charged my card 8 times which shut down my acct and locked down the money as it proceeded, refunded and dropped off. It started two days before we arrived. There were 6 attempts by the time we arrived. By then our acct was locked and the bank was processing 6 charges but after talking to the bank they also assured me those were also going to credit back so I paid with another acct. The original acct was unlocked and we moved on. Bought dinner. Bought some souvenirs then came back to the hotel....
