“Roaches in the bathroom, on the walls, on the bed, everywhere! Carpet had been sprayed with some type of solution that made the entire place smell like cleaning solution and carpeted area was wet from it. Overall I would not recommend this place at all to my enemy let alone friends and family. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!”

“Best place to stay in downtown Atlanta! Amazing location, clean rooms, pleasant staff. ”

“The room condition was good - the next door room was the electric room and the transformer buzz was not good. Also the WiFi was not compatible with access to the Internet though we could access the router and modem.”

“It was a good stay. Loved the coffee and cleanliness. Wish I could've used the fitness room, but everything we did in the day was exhausting afterwards. The toiletries offered was best, Dove is a good product. The beds and pillows were most comfortable. I slept well. ”

“The lock on my door didn’t work. I was never able to independently get into my room. It took six trips to the front desk for a 4 night stay. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the first night, but no one ever did. It was super frustrating to have to go to my room (3rd floor), try the key, and go back to the front desk and have them come up to unlock the door. ”

“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I had a creepy man following me around, people running down the halls at 2 AM, and people smoking cigarettes outside of my door.”

“The bathtub, toilet, and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly and they were dog hair all over the couch. Also, I experienced a very unpleasant stay due to excessive noise coming from the room next door. The noise started around 8:00 PM and continued throughout the entire night until about 5:30 AM. Because of this constant disturbance, I was unable to get any sleep at all. It became so disruptive that I had no choice but to check out early at around 5:30 AM. I hope the management can address...

“The room and overall property were very clean, and day staff were excellent! My only complaint is that room cleaning did not take care of our towels, and when I went to the night ladies’s desk she did not immediately fix the issue and requested I bring down our dirty towels to replace them. Which is fine, but she was not very friendly overall. So outside of lack of room cleaning and the night crew I really enjoyed my stay.”
