“Blood was on the back of my door and my room was dirty and not sanitized unacceptable ”

“Everything was good, main entrance not easy to find but everything else was perfect. Main goal was to be near the airport (7-9 min).”

“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. From the polite staff to the clean room and the delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel”

“First, it is rude to speak another language with your coworkers when serving customers (I believe it was an Indian dialect). I speak Spanish and prefer to talk in private. The room was covered in mold, including the walls, ceiling, fridge, bathroom, and lamps. Also, the ceiling has water damage, which is causing the paint to peel. The bed sheets were worn out and needed to be replaced; the microwave wasn't working; and the fridge had a bad smell and wasn't cooling properly.”

“No cable or Internet for almost 2 days. Privacy blind broken in down position causing constant very dark room. Requested room change but without Internet staff unable to provide.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
