“Excelente servicio ”

“Cons: Smallest hotel room I've ever seen!! No closet, no drawers. OK for maybe 1 person for 1 night. Pros: The bed was comfy and the TV was huge. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was no help at all. Basically just handed us our key cards and pointed to the elevator. She maybe said 3 words. No view of the ocean, despite the photo of their hotel showing the white sand in the front, as if it were directly on the dunes. We weren't even close. No water pressure and water barely warm in shower.”

“Jena was amazing!! They went above and beyond. My sister passed away and they were so kind with words of sympathy and hugs. As we had to extend our stay from 4 nights to 8 nights, they extended us a bereavement rate. They are as asset to Marriott!!!!”

“The night time general manager was very friendly and personable. She made sure we got the room we needed due to my daughter being in a wheelchair. I would stay here again.”

“I was greeted as I walked in. I had keys and water in my hand before my family walked In the door. I felt important. The hallway was well lit and had a good temperature and smell. Room looked immaculate.”

“Over all it was good. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok, Nothing to brag about. I know they don't really enter your room anymore but they could at least take the trash and dirt towels I mean come on. They did when I asked but 8 shouldn't have to ask especially for the trash”

“Booked a double bed room and after an 8 hour drive arriving at midnight, our party was told we would have to take a king room with one bed instead. After 20 minutes of back and forth, they suddenly “found” the double room we originally booked. Very frustrating after traveling all day. The room itself was clean, but the breakfast experience was terrible. Food was not being restocked, tables were not being cleaned, and the staff showed very little urgency or effort.
