“This was a new facility when we checked in, it had only been open 9 days. The first night I stayed I would have said it was great, no complaints. So great, that we wanted to extend our stay. The manager told me that the hotel was booked, she wasn't rude nor was she helpful or approachable. I ended up booking another night through Expedia. “We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.”
