“We have been routinely been coming to the Ft Walton area for about 2 years now, and I can’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. Housekeeping was fantastic, front staff was lovely, and everything was incredibly well maintained. There were some elevator issues while we were there, but we were not affected. “A quiet, clean, and safe place; the people were very friendly, and there was hot coffee available all day—I loved it.”

“Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed. “The Pool was extremely small. Only 30 people capacity. The Breakfast was horrible. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Easy check in process. The perfect stay for families. 5 mins away from Target. Slim Chicken is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. 8 minutes away from the Okaloosa Pier. Breakfast was well seasoned and plenty of variety. I loved the Hot Cakes machine. Check out was easy. Definitely coming back!”

“Prepare your to be changed for $50 dls each day “like deposit “ but they didn’t return your money, yeah, so, how many days they took to see the room if you left at the same condition that you check in , really!!! They still my money this pissed me off…”

“Quiet hours are not remotely enforced. Had other tenants being very loud, yelling, laughing, etc at literally 3am in the parking lot, keeping us from being able to sleep much before we were due to leave in the morning and make a long drive.”

“The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive.”

“This is the greatest location to the pier and boardwalk on foot .5 mile. Beautiful grounds. 2 very clean outdoor pools. Walk to beach very close. Loved the balcony beachfront view for my coffee. Loved the beach bar! Mahi sandwich was great! Would recommend!”
