Hotel vicino a Crab Island - Destin

“Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...

“This place was absolutely disgusting. We got to Destin a night early and were just looking for a one night stay before we could check into our condo. The place was full of mold, weed and cigarette smell, blood and burn holes in the beds. When we went and asked for a refund the man in the office wouldn’t aprove it since we took a shower BEFORE we looked around also after our 26 hour ride, the man wouldn’t approve a refund. “The renovated room was nice and efficient, pool was well kept, breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from. Very walkable to public beach access. Staff is very helpful. They said they're almost done with renovating all the rooms.”
