“The room was very clean; however, there was a lack of any sort of broom/dustpan and zero paper towels available when arriving. We opted to avoid any room service during the stay, and the lack of broom made it difficult to keep sand out of the room. We only went to the pool one day, we were honestly a little underwhelmed with the size of the pool - I can't imagine how cramped the pool would seem during more peak times of the year. We had to do a last minute audible on where we were staying...

“No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. ”

“Cockroaches everywhere. Rooms weren't cleaned. Lights didn't work. Hair all over. Same sheets from the previous people who had the room before my visit.”

“We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!”

Lo staff e' molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione e' nella media. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' ottimo.”
