“We really enjoyed our stay for a week. From the clean room and hotel in general to the wonderful staff/housekeeping. The breakfast options was good as well. The pool was great and really nice area to just lay out and even joy the kids. You can even grill and make smores. It was just a great experience and relaxing stay.”

“La propiedad esta en buenas condociones y tiene muy buena ubicacion. Pero estuve 4 noches y nunca me hicieron la habitacion cada tarde tenia que ir a resepcion a pedir toallas y decir que no me habian hecho el cuarto me decian lo siento y se repetia la misma historia al otro dia. Me di cuenta que no pasaba solo con mi habitacion, las personas terminan sacando las toallas sucias y la basura al pasillo para que la recojan sino se les acumula en la habitacion. “I will never stay here again ! The first day the complimentary breakfast was not offered. Not one day did the house keeping give our room attention! We had to ask repeatedly for housekeeping services. Our bed was never made up . We stayed from Sunday - Thursday . The pool was not working. We paid over 900.00 for the worse stay ever!!!!”

“W head to cancel our stay due to a family emergency and they were not helpful or compassionate in any way. Made an already stressful time even worse.”

“Nothing positive to say! We woke up and our car had the window glass broken. We were not they only ones! There were several cars Windows damaged. And from what we heard this is common in that area. There was not manager at the hotel so they were not able to show the police the recordings from the outside camaras. Will not be going there ever again, and will definitely not recommend anyone to go especially if your traveling with kids like us. Is not safe at all .”

“The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!”
