“It’s hard to get the front desk when calling. I think I literally called an AI person and finally got to the actual hotel that I was staying at after several calls. It was annoying because I was arriving late and needed a late arrival time. I finally got ahold of someone, it when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be late - so my room was given to someone else. I got a room- so that was good. “The pictures online were great, the location was really good. There was a smell when we came in that was not good. When we used the washing machine the smell was worse. The air filters were very dirty. The shower/bath were old and didn’t feel clean, The condominium building itself needed lots of upkeep. If you are an early gym riser note that you cannot access the gym until 7:30 it’s locked up.”
