“staff was super helpful and nice! Breakfast was more of a Grab-N-Go, we preferred an actual breakfast but overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was overall well maintained but there were minor issues that could be resolved by little cleaning and moping in the rooms. There is no breakfast and we had to talk to someone on a screen to check in and out which is really odd. We did see a few roaches in the rooms so I would avoid leaving food out but it’s Florida and I’m sure they are outside roaches? Overall amenities were good and I would stay there again.”

“The rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is not preferable for my family. This is the first time staying at a Hampton and was disappointed with having to wait for a room to be cleaned although we had reservations. We also killed a few roaches. There were unsupervised kids playing ding-ding-ditch as well as. The only good thing was the pool and the beach access.”

“Everything was great however I think the owners should either provide a link or a phone # of the beach chair rental company so people can book in advance.”

“Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates.”

“The room was so clean, it was impressive!! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple and delicious, and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend as it’s close to the beach and plenty of great shopping and delicious restaurants.”

“I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...
