“Absolutely overpriced and ran down! Was overcharged on my cc for an “incidentals charge” and can’t reach the front desk at all, tried multiple times. The phone in the room did not work, very small rooms, horrible smells in the hallways. Would absolutely not refer anyone to this property!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere”

“The grounds were filthy. Cigarette butts in front of my room door that had clearly been there for quite some time. Curtain in disrepair, bathtub faucet running constantly. Just overall gross!”

“Stayed here for a family trip and overall had a great experience. The location is hard to beat. Close to grocery stores, food, coffee, and outdoor activities, so we never had to go far for anything. Property itself was well maintained, and staff were on duty 24/7 including housekeeping, which was nice to have. Only issue was significant water pressure and temperature problems, to the point where showering wasn’t really comfortable. That’s the main reason for the four stars instead of five. To...

“It’s actually closer to the beach access than I had thought. The place stayed very clean and the staff were always doing something to keep the guests happy. Very very friendly staff and the pool area was really nice and clean. Worth every penny.”

“Lo que pedi y page no lo recibí olía muy feo los elevadores no servían la habitación sentía sucia y vieja las puertas de entrada laterales no eran seguras cualquier persona podría entrar el estacionamiento pequeño y sucio el cuarto que page era con Balcón el cual no se pudo por que llevaba a mi mami ya grande y pretendían que ella subiera 4 pisos por que no funcionaban los elevadores lo cual por comentarios ya tenían días descompuestos y no avisaron el desayuno fatal no volvería”

“Traveled with 2 adults and 1 child (12). The property well maintained and clean. The breakfast was a great start to a busy day. I really enjoyed the location being within 10 minutes or less from anything you need and more. I recommend Henderson Beach for public access but if you see a PMC parking lot, and need close parking access, it’s worth the fee. I will definitely stay here again!”

“The property as a whole is just not really clean. We stayed 4 nights and the elevator was dirty the whole time. Our floor in our room was dirty. All you can watch on the tv is 20 year old movies.”

“Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“I like how the room (215) was clean n great size for the 5 of us the room was extra cold just like we like it some tiles in bathroom where loose but only against the wall Breakfast was great for being Bagels, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and juice I would recommend getting a extra toaster for bagels one wasn’t enough for the size of Hotel Overall I would stay here again”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”
