During our wait, another couple checked in and I feel they were given our room. The room they gave us was a cement wall balcony, couldn’t see through it to enjoy the view of harbor. “Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“We really enjoyed it visit and choose a more economical hotel to use as our landing pad. The rooms were smaller than expecting, The beds were comfortable. The place needs a little tlc. The pool was nice. Didn't deal with any staff in person on my visit. The check in and check out were through zoom/robot type set up. Liza park is across the street with boat launch, fishing pier,dog park, play area, picnic area and bathrooms. The shops and restaurants are all close. There are a lot of activities...

“Floors were too slick bathroom shower pan was extremely slick. Drain was clogged lamp was broken wasn’t why I expected. I expected a little bit more.”

“The room was dirty. Our toilet didn’t work. We had to move rooms twice and then the last ones toilet ended up not being able to flush our bed sheets had cigarette burns and what looked like a prostitutes makeup. There was blood on same places on the blanket. Breakfast was supposed to be provided but it was not at all. We checked in around 11:00 and we left by 7:00am. I want a full refund.”
