“Upon our arrival, no one was at the front desk and waited until a clerk arrived. There was a sign at the front desk that stated that someone would be back shortly but when he arrived he saw there were several people waiting and could have simply stated something like, sorry for your wait. I called about an early check-in an half hour before arrival and the girl on the phone was odd-she wanted me to call her when I got there to check on the availability for early check-in. Not sure why I would call while I was there but a gentleman at the desk was very helpful when I got there. The room was clean. The “fitness room” is literally just a cardio room. “The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning our room halfway through our stay. We loved being beachfront. It was easy to get to and from the beach. The pool was also very nice. The only thing not convenient was having to pay for parking and the beach chairs/umbrellas there was a fee to rent per day.”
