“It’s hard to get the front desk when calling. I think I literally called an AI person and finally got to the actual hotel that I was staying at after several calls. It was annoying because I was arriving late and needed a late arrival time. I finally got ahold of someone, it when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be late - so my room was given to someone else. I got a room- so that was good. “The property as a whole is just not really clean. We stayed 4 nights and the elevator was dirty the whole time. Our floor in our room was dirty. All you can watch on the tv is 20 year old movies.”

“Check in was extremely slow. Was not told where the pool was or any of the other amenities. Called front desk to ask for towels and was told to come get them. Do not disturb was laces on door and they entered anyway while I was out of the room. Such a bad experience I checked out early and when I got to the front desk to say I was checking out a day early the staff was sitting in breakfast area and just looked at me without coming to desk to assist.”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

“Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.”
