They served power eggs. The breakfast staff members was not friendly. The elevator broke down. I had to climb the stairs twice. Thank god I was only on the second floor but due to a knee injury. It put a damper on my vacation.We left early. I did not receive a refund for the days that we did not utilize the room. I was...

“Everything was perfect! Pools and jacuzzi were functioning and clean. The rooms were clean and cold and staff was all friendly!! It is right next to a go cart place but you couldn't really hear it in the rooms but can whike swimming outside.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Emerald Grande is in the perfect location! Everything we wanted was just steps away—from restaurants and shopping to the harbor and entertainment. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions. The views were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.”
