“Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...

“The pictures online were great, the location was really good. There was a smell when we came in that was not good. When we used the washing machine the smell was worse. The air filters were very dirty. The shower/bath were old and didn’t feel clean, The condominium building itself needed lots of upkeep. If you are an early gym riser note that you cannot access the gym until 7:30 it’s locked up.”

“This place was absolutely disgusting. We got to Destin a night early and were just looking for a one night stay before we could check into our condo. The place was full of mold, weed and cigarette smell, blood and burn holes in the beds. When we went and asked for a refund the man in the office wouldn’t aprove it since we took a shower BEFORE we looked around also after our 26 hour ride, the man wouldn’t approve a refund.
