“Clean room”

“Smelt Weed really bad and for $400 a night needs updating, view was amazing but facilities was old, the front staff lady was nit nice, rude... would nit stay again..”

“***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and...

“Este hotel es maravilloso, aunque no está frente al mar, no importa porque el lugar donde está ubicado es muy bonito y la Hab que me tocó muy bonita, muy limpio, perfecto todo. Si voy a regresar. Lo único es que no me han devuelto el depósito de 150$ no se porque.”

“The grounds of the property are under major construction with big piles of dirt everywhere, construction cones everywhere. Hard to walk with a stroller to get to the side walk to reach attractions because of it. The property on Expedia advertised that breakfast was included with my room. Hotel desk staff said it’s not.rugs are very outdated. I reached out to hotel about this and zero response. I wouldn’t stay again.”

“The hotel is beautiful and clean. There was a male at check in and he was very rude. I asked for pool towels and the basically threw them down. Terrible customer service. Everyone else were nice. Balcony views are amazing.”
