I didn’t like how none of the staff actually spoke to each other. They often didn’t seem like they knew what as going on. “Hotel was very nice and clean, room was clean. Very convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. Views were fantastic. Pool was clean, bar was great and had good food too. A couple downsides, I got a text message before the stay asking if I wanted to “pay a discounted rate for parking” I selected yes and still got charged for the full amount after we left the hotel at the end of our stay. “Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“Unfortunately we had a very hard time with even checking in to this place. Expedia had to save the day, and it was on Mother’s Day weekend. I will never be back! We come to Florida quite a bit, but we will never go back to this place. Staff are rude and manager is the worst. Rooms were hott and ac barely worked.”
