“Our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell, as if there was mold or excessive moisture. It also smelled heavily of smoke and alcohol, which made the room very uncomfortable. We are non-smokers, so it was frustrating to be placed in a room that clearly had been used by smokers. There were even cigarette butt remnants left in the room. The property appeared poorly maintained overall. The carpet in the hallways was dirty, and the entire building smelled unpleasant. Walking...

“Ofrecen habitaciones de primera y no llegan ni a tercera clase, malo”

“Parking was terrible. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, but never saw them working on anything for the 4 nights we were there. Pool side bar was ok. You paid a $25 resort fee for pools and beach access but did not include chairs and people wore clothes in pool and babies not in swim diapers. Upside you did get 2 free drinks a day. So evened out if you used the bar. Aggressive breed dogs on property. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies.”

“SMALL pool on the side of the building, NOT in front of the beach how its usually at in most hotels. That was our biggest mehh moment. But nothing major. The best thing about this hotel is its front of the beach(easy access) and the BREAKFAST. The breakfast its definitely 5 stars. Everyday it was a variety.”
