“I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...

“Disgusting rooms and even more disgusting staff members. Dont bother booking this hotel. Management will do anything they can to charge you extra for your stay. Wouldn't even bother trying to get me a new room when I told them that there's was mold and stained bedsheets in my room.”

“The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

“Stayed for 4 nights with wife and kids 3 and 12. We loved the little beach right there. Staff was all very friendly. Location was perfect right in the middle of all the beaches. 10 mins to Fort Walton, 15 mins to Destin, 30 mins to Navarre beach and Opal beach.”

“The room was okay. It was clean but the beds are so high I had to go buy a step stool so my sister could get on the bed she is 78. There was only one chair in the room, we asked for another one which they gave us a straight back chair. That was fine. We told them our tv was going out. They said could replace it ( they did not). There was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or filters. There was no information on the tv channels or the internet. No breakfast , No...

“***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and...

“The establishment is clean and smells fresh and inviting which can be a challenge on the beach. The Italian restaurant has good food asking with the pizza spot by the pool. I wish umbrellas and chairs were supplied or could be prepaid for. Parking was nice under the building. The pool was clean and warm. Thrilled with our experience!!”
