“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”

“This hotel needs to shut down. Terrible front desk staff. There was a booking error. I had driven across the state of florida arrived late at night tried to check in the imbecile at the front desk said that the reservation couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a booking error (book wrong date on my app). She said i could book a new room for that night but refused to switch the dates. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly against these criminals. I was forced to continue to drive while...

“I liked the nightly entertainment. I loved that the hotel is directly on the beach. We had a balcony with view facing the gulf which was absolutely amazing. I loved how the property was divided. There was a grassy area with lounge chairs that was not overly crowded. You also had the pool area on the other side on the hotel but not too far if you wanted to take a dip and then you had beach bar area with food trucks and music for hanging out.
