“Checking in was a treat with India at the front desk. She's a darling! And, after checking out Sunday morning when I was already three hours away I had to call the hotel to see if I had left my credit card in the room. The young man who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic, looking through the 'card drop slot' and then going to my room and turning it upside down to look for my card. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

“Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed.
