“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

I came down right away and asked same person at front desk if I could see another room and she said all rooms are the same size. I knew that wasn't true by the pictures posted on internet but decided not to make it an issue. But must say, I was disappointed in her reply. The room was clean, compacted for a king room but knew would be in and out, so I decided to accept the smaller...

“They seem to be rebuilding the place but it’s definitely for the better. Great place to stay. And clean. As of now everything was new. And there’s a nice seafood place directly in front of the place that was great as well. ”

“Breakfast was ok, you get what you pay for. Our room smelled horrible of mildew. We had one male manager that was so nice but the woman was awful to deal with. Weren’t able to check in until 6:30 pm. Pool area never had towels and water was always very dirty as well as around the pool area. There’s apartments that can be seen from the pool and several Of those tenants would just watch people. One man was even whistling at my 7 year old. I stayed here a year ago and was impressed but it’s gone...

“Room was not clean and AC didn't work well ..staff was not very friendly”

“The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.”

“The grounds were filthy. Cigarette butts in front of my room door that had clearly been there for quite some time. Curtain in disrepair, bathtub faucet running constantly. Just overall gross!”

“Great play, clean, easy access to beach and restaurants. Loved it with the exception of the shampoo and conditioner, the containers were empty. I did get a refill for the conditioner then I realized the shampoo was out. Luckily I had some.”
