“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

“Breakfast was great had plenty of options for the family, it also had a great weekend hours so we didn’t feel rushed to get up early so we don’t miss it. We needed a cot and was surprised it was only $10 a night for one! Staff was friendly would recommend location as it was central to a lot of things to do!”

“Got a handicap room. Brought our dog. $75 fee for him. The staff was super friendly. The property and room was very clean. Everything worked. Great stay ”

“Loction was great, , are room was out side of the elevator area and it was very loud. We called the desk to see about chaging rooms. They moved us to other end of floor in front of the other elevator . All night we heard that sound. At check out we informed them of the issue. The manager did apologize but we did not get much sleep. Also websites says parking 15 dollars was really abot 19 dollars. .it was a nice location and a great view if you can over look the loud noise.”

“We were there for 3 days and had to complain about the hot tubs not functioning twice. I was told by a local that has an out of season pass to use facilities that one of the hot tubs had been broken for many many months. Why not just put a sign out that is a kiddie pool and call it done? Why keep calling it a hot tub when everyone on your staff knows it will never have hot water in it? Why put staff and guests through a continuous "Is the hot tub working" loop? Why have staff lying to guests...
