“Upon check-in the room had not been throughly cleaned, there were dirty items left from previous occupant and the carpet had not been vacuumed.”

“Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

“No pets. Yes there are things nearby and there are a lot of things to do close. The room was pretty clean, but there were burns all over the comforters and the shower curtain and there were cockroaches. The staff was nice and accommodating. ”

“Roaches, sticky dirty floors, bed was covered in hair. Shower was moldy with the previous persons soap in it. Stained covers on the bed. Nothing like the pictures shown. ”

“If you have kids , this hotel is perfect. We come here at-least once a year, the lazy river and pool are great! There is a small section that acts like a splash pad if you have little ones, the indoor pool is a plus, has a small gym if you want to keep your exercise routine, food at restaurant is fresh and tasty, tiki bar drinks are great and bar food is good, access to beach is amazing. At night you can walk the beach and look for ghost crab, or make smores in the fire pit or play giant jenga...
