“Clean rooms, quite, great location and good breakfast!”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

“Been dealing with being charged $1,000 for a room I didn’t stay in plus the one I did. The person that occupied the actual room also paid so they’ve made double now on that room. “The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.”

Our room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels, have the trash emptied, and ask for paper cups and other basic amenities. “I was falsely charged for nothing. It’s a fake charging property. Even a laundry shows $ 3 for laundry but was charged $5. Also, just for cleaning they charged $90. Very updat with the service.”

“Room and pool are fantastic-everything was very clean and comfortable! Hotel was undergoing renovations/construction while we were there and that was a bit messy and inconvenient periodically in the public areas. The overall area was not great due to the huge amounts of road construction. It’s difficult to get in and out of the hotel driving and not very walkable. The hotel beach is great!”

“Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”
