“Excelente servicio ”

“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”

“Room was clean and quiet. Parking was excellent, as was the complimentary breakfast. Price was affordable especially since the hotel is located on the beach side of the frontage road. Down the elevator and walk directly to the beach through a short sidewalk. Showers to wash off the sand.”

“I stayed for two nights. The hotel, room and pool area was clean. Most of the Staff was friendly and kind. The only thing that I didn’t like is that house skipping didn’t clean and skipped our room, didn’t even leave new towels. Other than that our stay was pretty good.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the food and the outdoor bar overlooking the water. The beachfront access was a great bonus, and the restaurants served good food throughout our stay. My only complaint is that the booking website was not very clear or upfront about the additional $25 daily charge. However, the hotel does provide a $25 daily credit that can be used toward food or drinks at the restaurant or bar. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay...

“The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally...

“The best parts were definitely the pool and the beach. The pool area is very unique, fun, and one of the nicest features of the resort. The beach itself was also beautiful and clean. The location gives good access to the city and nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness of the room was terrible.
